I can certainly see why this location has such a very low review rating with only 3.3 overall stars at Google. Couple of weeks ago this began when I placed a very large order for some family and friends who were at my residence. We placed a rather large order and I made the mistake of not checking everything at the store Finding out when I Got home the multiple items were missing. I called the manager right away and informed them of what was missing to which I was told they would take my name and replace those items whenever I wanted. Today I went through the drive-through and sought the replacement items. Unfortunately, a couple of the items that were missing from my original order are no longer menu items at Taco Bell. As such the individual who took my order allowed me to make some substitutions. Put this next part in the stuff you can’t make up file Upon arriving home. I found out that my order was wrong yet again. To my dismay, I was given a beef burrito instead of a steak burrito and then the box I received was incorrect as well. Once again, I called Taco Bell and was somewhat speechless as I told the manager Brianna That they messed up my replacement order. Brianna asked if I would like the order replaced or if I would like a refund. I told her that replacement was fine and that I would be sending my son over to pick it up. She told me to be there by 4:30 PM and deal with her directly. My son went over and spoke with her and much to my dismay, she replaced the stake burrito, but told my son that I was supposed to bring the box back. The problem is my son did not have the box because she never told me to bring it back. She simply said she would replace the order and make it herself. So I got two orders messed up and a refusal from the manager to make it right. Not only does this Taco Bell not serve what you want, but they refuse to even stand by and make it correct. Brianna is not only unprofessional, but in my opinion, a liar. To have me send my child over and then argue with my child over what we were due Is simply unacceptable. I pulled up and paid, then they handed my freeze to me and the lid was not on it at all, and no matter how much I push, it won’t close, but it’s overfilled and making a mess. She hands me my bag and closes the window. I checked one taco to make sure there was no lettuce or anything, and the one was fine. I wait for a few seconds until she opens the window again. “What are you waiting for?” “My Diet Pepsi?” She looked at me like she’s never heard of a Pepsi before😂 she looked around and gave me a drink that was next to her, and I left.
Pulled into a parking spot to eat. We only had one straw, the Diet Pepsi wasn’t even Pepsi. I opened my first taco and perfect: it has lettuce. Our cinnamon bites were literally wet. There was no cream cheese frosting inside most of them. The two other tacos that were made correctly had chunks of frozen stuff in it. Thank god McDonald’s was open...

But when your teenager conspires with your boyfriend and they get to pick where we're getting food, that's where I ended up. We went inside at 1:21 on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered six items. We received our food at 2:00. There was one person before us in line (and there were drive-thru customers). We ordered cantina chicken. Twenty minutes later, a team member told us, "oops, we're out of that. Can you wait 20 minutes for more?" I told her it was no problem, she could just use grilled chicken. Five minutes later, I was told "Ooops, we're out of rice. Do you want to wait 15 minutes for more?" I said to just use potatoes instead. We paid to have steak added into a roll-up. It had no meat at all. We paid for avocado ranch. There was no avocado ranch. We paid for pico de gallo. We were told "hey, we don't have the cilantro to make pico de gallo. Can we make it without?" I said sure. Later, we had no pico de gallo --with or without cilantro -- on our food. My bowl without cantina chicken or rice that I mentioned earlier? I got home, and it was almost completely potatoes (spoonfulls upon spoonfulls) and FIVE small slivers of grilled chicken. We ordered a cantina chicken taco. It had grilled chicken and a sticky sauce inside, and it was cold. One steak soft taco had no cheese. It was just steak and lettuce in a shell. Our food was comically bad.
