Whoever gives 5 stars is lying. The food is not good and the service is terrible. I'm highly picky when it comes to Italian food, but when I saw the steak gorgonzola was back and my son wanted their breadsticks, we went there on Saturday, 3/29/25. Not busy AT ALL. It took our waitress 10 minutes to greet us and take our drink order. She was nice BUT repeatedly kept reminding us she's only been working there for 2 weeks (and for no reason). Ordered our food, I, of course, got the steak gorgonzola pasta. The salad was barely dressed, and the same was true for the breadsticks. My son ordered the zupa toscana soup, and well, let's just say mine is better (watered down and no flavor; I ate it the next day). The chicken alfredo my husband and son ordered was ok but nothing to write home about. The steak medallions (which is what it used to be) for the steak gorgonzola is now chunks of questionable beef. The waitress also didn't ask what temperature I or mom my would like our steak (apparently it's automatically rang in as MEDIUM) - so needless to say the beef chunks were well done NOT EVEN MEDIUM. We asked to redo the steak correctly, and 2nd go-around was just as bad. Needless to say, the steak bites are now dog food. I'm almost certain the steak was left over chuck meat, in addition to the crappy food. Our kids decided to try a game on the tablet device. Come to find out you have to pay for the games. It would've been nice to know that, but no message popped up saying you'd be charged. I would not recommend it, and I would take your money to a mom-and-pop Italian place.

$13.99 “Bottomless* Pasta Bowl” is back (seasonal) HINT: *Refill is not a full serving, but you can bag it to take home as long as you finish your initial plate. + Tour of Italy (shareable variety) + Mushroom Ravioli (delicious) + Shrimp Carbonara (Wow! You won’t be disappointed) + Tiramisu (take one to go) AND … Every entree is served with unlimited salad and breadsticks. Clean, fun, Italian environment. Came celebrate my girlfriend’s baptism this morning. WARNING: frequent car break-ins in the parking lot. Our car has been broken into, and I’ve seen 2 others smashed in on separate occasions. Manager said that the cameras are not functional. So, make sure you park in a well-lit, high-traffic part of the lot near the front, and keep all personal belongings out of sight from temptation.

When we visited at 7pm on a Monday, we were seated right away, which was surprising, as full as the parking lot appeared to be. There is one row of parking along the front and sides of the building, with the rest behind, resulting in having to walk around the building to the front. Our server was friendly enough but not overly attentive. Our drinks were not refilled very quickly, but the kitchen staff brought the food to our table within 15 minutes of ordering. Salad was great as always, breadsticks were only slightly warm. Our pasta was decent and no one left hungry. Overall, not the best Olive Garden experience, but we will go back. Restaurant is clean and updated, but the restrooms could use some major scrubbing.

If I could rate this experience 1/2 star I would. I am a very laid back guy. I understand things happen and people have a bad day. This experience was not that. I took my family of 6 out to eat this evening. They were so excited to go, especially my oldest son who is obsessed with their salad. It started great. We had our salad and bread sticks brought out. We were asked by our waitress if we wanted another bowl of salad. We said yes because it didn’t go far with 6 people. We never received the salad. Then our entrees came out. We had three adult meals and three kids meals. We were short one adult and one kids meal. The waitress said the others would be right out. We waited and nothing came. I finished my meal before the waitress came back around. She then asked, “did they not get their meals”? I said no. So she brought out the one kids meal and said the adult meal would be out in a minute. About 5 mins went by, still no food. The entire family was done eating by the time my oldest son got his meal. But before the waitress brought the food out she made it a point to tell us this wasn’t her fault, they just forgot to make the meal. So that pissed me off. Then between the two girls finally bringing everyone’s food, each one of them said that my oldest sons meal would be free. Never happened. One even said she would get the manager, never happened. We even said something about the meal being free, after each waitress said it would be, and still she didn’t take it off. I swear our waitress was lost in the cloud this evening. Again, I understand things can be tough and mistakes happen but what happened tonight was uncalled for and nothing was done to compensate the horrid service, even after we were told twice...

This was by far one of the WORST dining experiences we have ever had at Olive Garden. We arrived at the location around 9 PM and weren’t seated until nearly 9:20 PM — even though the restaurant was mostly EMPTY. To make matters worse, three other tables seated at the exact same time as us all received their bread baskets immediately, but we didn’t get a single thing. We sat there for 40 minutes with NOTHING. Finally, instead of our actual server (who was polite), the manager herself brought out our entrées. And let me tell you — her attitude was downright disgusting. Rude, dismissive, and blatantly racist. When we asked about the breadsticks (part of our actual order, which we would be paying for), her response was, “They’ll go in the oven now.” Excuse me? After ONE HOUR of sitting there while they knew we had been waiting?! When we pressed the issue, she actually started arguing with us, brought to-go boxes to the table, and said, “Let’s just get you guys out of here.” UNBELIEVABLE. We came to eat dinner, not to be insulted and rushed out simply because we dared to ask about something we ordered and would be paying for. At that point, we were so humiliated and furious that we walked out without even taking the food. What an absolute disgrace. Olive Garden is known for warm hospitality and great service — but THIS location completely shattered that reputation. If this is how management treats paying customers, then this location should be...
