You would have more luck going to the nearby McDonald's and giving them a complicated order and having them get it right because here at Roosters they can't comprehend the simplest of orders or tasks. Employees look like they hate that they have to work there, and you often see the waiters hanging out at the front desk instead of serving you. Once, when we were trying to order, our server asked for our drinks and then disappeared for 20 minutes, but the whole time we saw her just sitting at the food window and the front desk just talking and roaming around, not talking to anyone. After a while, we asked someone else to take our order, and once we gave it to them, our food came out wrong—none of the sauces we wanted on our chicken and a missing appetizer. I wish I could say its a different story for takeout ordering, but they somehow don't add items you asked for, and every time you need to check the bag to make sure they put the sauces or ranches you ordered because they never get them the first time. Just a day ago, I ordered a chicken sandwich tossed in milk and dumpster fries with a side of ranch. When I checked my order, they had not tossed my chicken in a sauce; my order of fries never made it in, and the sauce that comes with them was not in there either, and the ranch cup was not there either. The workers taking the calls are dumber than a box of rocks, and from what I can guess, the manager seems to do anything but their job. And to add on to that story, even after trying the sandwich, they screwed up; the meat was nasty, and it was extremely soggy and unappetizing. Go to the nearby Taco Bell or McDonald's; at least their food is not extremely nasty, and you can get what you ask for. I used to love this place, and it was very delicious when it first opened, but clearly all the employees are incompetent, and the food they cook is just unedible. If I had to describe what their chicken sandiwches are like now, just imagine biting into a ball of snot due to the mushy buns and the chopped lettuce, which tasted spoiled and was discolored. Please get it together because I used to go there almost weekly for a meal with a friend or a family member. negative 1...
Read moreAfter arriving to find the sign at the door saying to seat yourself we were asked to get up and leave apparently there was a waitlist.4 workers at the desk even upon entering did not greet us or attempt to take a name even after standing at the door for a solid minute. Despite multiple Empty tables, already getting drink orders and the very obvious sign stating to seat yourself; myself and entire family with three kids were asked to get up and leave the table. After speaking with the manager she offered to place us on the waitlist. Terrible experience. Atrocious customer service. Could have been handled many different ways. Obviously, had there been tons of people sitting and waiting at the entrance we would have questioned the sign. There was no one waiting. Terrible customer service. Terrible management. Spend your...
Read moreI am on a mission to try wings from everywhere I can and this was my second stop here in my home area. First compared to JT's the wings were larger but the meat and flavor were not as good as JT's. The sauce which I got the Honey BBQ was not as thick as JT's plus no ranch included you have to pay for that and the waitress was kinda slick trying to upsell me without telling me. No carrots or celery with theirs either. I did get 10 Wings and they were huge for 16.99 after tax tip was more. So compared to 6 smaller but better tasting at JT's for 11.99 so it's comparable. I felt like the chicken had more un edible parts. I left full though so all it all another great option. My only gripe would be to include one ranch and...
