I have never been so disappointed with Jets Pizza until 2/2/21. I ordered through DoorDash for my almost 2yr son and myself. Upon receiving the pizza it was beyond edible and should have been sent to the trash. When I contacted the store in Grandview, 1242 W. Fifth Avenue to express my distaste I was advised by the shift manager Cody that there was nothing he can do and to contact DoorDash. I explained to him that this isn’t the delivery services error and that they are cranking our burnt pizzas to go through a lot of hassle of having to go through the app to talk with someone about the burnt pizza and to have to wait to order from another restaurant. Cody had no care for how his staff are dusting Parmesan cheese on burnt pizza and being sent out through delivery services. Cody told me to go through DoorDash and that they would have to refund me and that I need to order from somewhere else. Which in turn told me not to ever from Jet’s Pizza again. He didn’t offer any apologies or future discounted , pizza to be remade on their behalf if I was ever interested in ordering from their location again. He insisted on me ordering from a different restaurant. Thanks to Cody and the fact that he insisted I order from another restaurant. My family and friends will never order from Jets...

Hello PLEASE READ: I used to work here for about 5 short months I would say this place has poor management. First thing wrong orders when I tried to train them how to do it CORRECTLY they didn’t pay attention they hired so many young teens (15-16) they wouldn’t listen so that makes us upset cause now we have to do everyone’s job. During football season we have 200+ orders coming in all at once especially when there’s people not paying attention handing out the wrong orders, deliveries: If we have 2 drivers and you order 30$ plus on food we have to make sure that’s cooked and ready then get others there’s other people ordering as well so it may take time. Especially when they ordered far. If you live in Upper Arlington or near there there’s a location there stop ordering far cause that’s why your order is late. Be smart. Phones we can’t answer EVERY phone call if there’s only 4-5 people working we have other things to do to answer the phone I’m sorry. We got orders coming in pizzas coming out we can’t run answer the phone listen to you for 10-20mins deciding what you need when there’s a number you text and it’s 10% off ?! Common...
