I wish I could give zero stars. My husband and I just came into this store for the first time ever as we are traveling but we go to our local Jimmy John’s multiple times a week.
This experience was awful.
There was a pretty lady in the front of the line ahead of us and the employees were straight gawking at her, it grossed my husband out so much. They were all staring at her, one of them winked and one yelled “I’ll give her my discount” in a flirtatious way. Totally inappropriate behavior towards a customer standing at the register. Gawking openly and 4 men flirting with the customer. So freaking weird.
Then, I hadn’t ordered anything but was standing there waiting while my husband used the restroom.
One of the dudes put his order on the counter (I had zero idea what he ordered, I wasn’t next to him when he was ordering bc I had stepped to the side) and he looked at me like I was an idiot and said “heLLO??!! I just said Mediterranean wrap, pretty sure that’s yours” with a huge attitude for whatever reason. I almost asked him who tf he thought he was talking to but I decided to ignore his rude attitude since we knew we would never be coming back anyways.
Oh and both bathrooms were gnarly. He said the men’s restroom was gross and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and when I used the women’s restroom there were straight up pubes on the...
Read moreI stopped at this Jimmy John's in the middle of a very long drive. I ordered one of my favorite sandwiches, a #6 on sliced wheat, which was great! The customer service was also great. However, as I continued my trip, when I was about 3 hours away from the restaurant, I realized that I left my wallet. I called the restaurant to verify that I left it and they confirmed. I was flustered and said that I would call them back. Mark, who I believe is a manager, called ME back and heard that I was so far away. He said that would hate for me to drive back all that way and offered to overnight ship my wallet. Which he DID. He communicated with me the rest of the evening and was able to ship it the next morning. The overnight shipping was over $80 and I tried to pay him back, but Mark wouldn't accept the money and told me to pay it forward. I absolutely plan to. Shoutout to Mark, for the reminder that there are still kind people left in...
Read moreJimmy John's is a fairly newer restaurants here in Columbus. There are two locations and they are both owned by the same person. As soon as you walk in you are greeted happily and quickly! After you order, the food is prepared quicker than you can even go and fill your drink from the fountain machine!! The only problem that I have with these two locations in Columbus, is that they do not honor and carry alfalfa sprouts for their sandwiches. Oh Most Jimmy John's do. I have called the franchise and they said that it is up to the owner's discretion since they buy out the name through the franchise. When I asked the manager about this, he said it was a health risk and didn't want to carry them. When Jimmy Johns first opened at the 46 west location, they carried alfalfa sprouts. Then there was an alfalfa sprout shortage worldwide and they never got them back after that. They had them maybe 6 months. Bring them back & I will...
