KFC — Restaurant in Columbus

Do not eat here!! I repeat Do not eat here. My first time coming here I stopped at kfc coming from my sons basketball game I come into the kfc at 1pm to order some chicken (mind you there was a guy laying in the lobby when I got there keep that in mind)while I’m sittin there nobody takes my order until like 1:15 am then when they took my order everything was fine until I went to the bathroom it was poop and sum type of residue all over the toilet seat and floor I almost threw up, therefore I used the women’s bathroom, I come out to my order and they say it’s a wait on chicken so I’m like ok how long is the way they say 15 min so I’m like ok I’ll come back at 1:30 by the time I’m already frustrated because I always have to wait on chicken when I come there and there boys bathroom is alwyas dirty and I could never flush the toilet. Now I’m sittin in my car waiting for my chicks it’s 2:00 o’clock now I come back into the kfc an I sit don’t for another 30 min it’s 2:30 now! I didn’t think I any of it because ima real noble and positive man. While I’m on my phone watching the news for like another 30 min it’s 3:00 now an I still haven’t received my food also the guy that was layin there smelled like he didn’t take a shower for days and I always see that guy laying in the lobby whenever I come to order chicken this has gotten ridiculous I use to love this spot but it’s business and likeness is going down and there is a guy that sits in there lobby everyday. Also when I got my chicken at 3:00 I opened up to a warm sloppy original chicken with no crust on it just meat the crust looked all torn it’s like they don’t clean there chicken racks so the freakin chicken sticks to the racks also I have a video of the kfc cook diggin inside his pants and touching the chicken with no gloves and I watched him do it like 4 5 times it was a younger cat. Cmon man don’t eat here I don’t want food where a teen is digging in his pants and touching his private parts man cmo man dog...

The only reason this is getting three stars and not less because one young lady here was holding it down. I’m gonna say the “grinch” in holiday spirit because she needs to let her heart grow three times the size. Was rude when I ordered, was rude to me when I paid, was rude to myself and another customer who were waiting on our food. She stood between both the front of our cars and stared at us for at least a solid 30-40 seconds. So the other couple in the car next to me asked her who she was looking for. She said the meal and it was mine, then I took the food, thanked her, and left. Then got down the street and saw they forgot half my order which was missing a six piece chicken finger, and two of my pieces of chicken, and my drink. So I turned around and went back. The other couple who had an order before me originally was STILL waiting on their order and now inside. While the “grinch” was outside on her phone while one young lady was inside holding the place down by herself. Greeting everyone kindly, both inside and out. I told her what happened and when “grinch” walked in she asked me why I brought my food back. I told her half my order was missing. She then proceeds to say “well I was waiting on your tenders”. NOT ONCE did she ever say that when I was originally getting my order. The young lady proceeded to apologize, got me the rest of my order, and apologized again. She went above and beyond trying to apologize for her coworker. While I hear the “grinch” in the background being rude to others in the drive through, and telling someone she only listens to and responds to her “boss” and no one else.

I am SO disappointed in KFC ☹️ I went inside to place my order and no one came up front to wait on me. There were employees eating at several tables, the employees in the back were all standing arnd, chatting and talking on their phones. After quite a while someone finally noticed me, but she seemed exasperated, like I was a bother. But I was kind and friendly to her. Finally, she lightened up. I ordered an 8 pc bucket with an individual Mac & cheese, ex gravy cup & extra 2 pcs of chicken (since they don’t have a 10 pc bucket) and it cost me $42! 2 pcs of the chicken was the size of an 8volt battery. $42 should feed a family of 4. But they didn’t fill up bowl of potatoes and we didn’t get the extra gravy. The girl that brought me my bag, literally just dropped it on the counter with a loud thud, without saying anything, and just walked away. Who does that? I will NEVER, EVER go to the S. Hamilton Rd (Groveport) location again! Our family doesn’t have the money to eat out bcuz of the economy but now we know we cant afford to eat at...
