Don't order online pickup from this merchant. Their prices are 20-30% higher online but your order will literally be given the lowest priority. I ordered online pickup ahead of time because I didn't have time to wait. However, I ended up waiting there 20 minutes past originally promised pickup time because they prioritize walk-in’s. All those people who got there and ordered after I did got their orders while I was still waiting. They actually didn't start to prepare my order until I complained. Whatever pickup time online platforms give them is probably just something to ignore once they have your money. I paid 30% more just to be placed last in the queue....

For all your local boba 🧋 needs, this is a nice local spot to visit! Fresh, clean and well organized with the usual Kung Fu drinks menu + more food!

More food options is much needed since other locations lack the tasty bites with a good drink. I tried the Grilled meatball and its good! (Like the usual I know of). The first weekend is busy but the staff handled it well. Orders kept flowing but the # tickets 🎟️ help keep things organized. Interior design is bright and lit with plenty natural light coming in. (Compared to other sites).

I was curious about Kung Fu Tea, so I went in and ordered my drink and waited for my order to be made. As I was waiting, three more people came in and placed their orders and received their drinks. The last lady that ordered received her drink and commented that I was waiting there when she placed her order and i should have received mine. I asked a staff member what the status of my drink was and they had forgot to make my drink. Not very good customer service, I won't be going back.
