Pokebap — Restaurant in Washington Township

The service of this restaurant is really bad! Today is my first to order something to pickup, I order extra protein for spicy crab salad and I paid extra $2.5 for that. I found there is no spicy crab salad at all when I back home, then I call the restaurant. The lady pick up the phone, and ask me come back to the restaurant and put crab in to it. But I said it’s 15mins drive. Lady said ok. That’s it. She doesn’t want to continue this conversation. I said Can I get credit for the crab? She said I can try to refund this without asking my order number and name. She said the system knows my phone number and can pull up my information. And then after 1 min silent. I said how can I know it is refunded. There is no confirmation or email send to me. She said nothing except uhh... .

Overall, the service is really bad, I cannot drive back to store for refill. And she does not want to make up something and want to avoid...

I absolutely love poké and this place is one of the top places to go! I love their mango topping and octopus as a protein because these aren't offered at other poké places. The prices are a bit higher and quality is pretty much average and comparable to other poké places around Columbus. I really like the sauces and toppings they offer here because portions seem a bit bigger than other places. There's no WiFi at this location, but they do have plenty of tables and parking for groups, families, or a casual dinner date. If you like seafood and raw fish, I would recommend trying a poké bowl! There are also grocery stores and other restaurants and businesses surrounding the area, which is great! Register was down when we got in. We had to order through the website which was a pain. They said cash only. Was not offered the option of using checks. When I asked the staff how long it had been down it was day 2. As a business owner myself, I would never in a million years let that fly. And he said they were ordering a new one so who knows when it will be back up! Also as someone reviewed 2 weeks ago, there was painters tape everywhere, soda machine was still out of order, and part of the restaurant was dark. Also, seating was not comfortable.
