I wanna give a four for food but it's hard to get past this when the phone server was looking for a fight or for me to say never mind I don't want the food. Im. Thankful they were open to serve me but the dispute as I only wanted to place an order after work was a ridiculous. She argued me down but was on speakerphone and obviously didn't realize her own fault as to the fact that I couldn't understand her as she was possibly too far from the phone. Sarcastic and rude and told why are you ordering here f we so rude on top of the other disrespectful things she said UNNECESSARILY as I legit brought no dispute argument or disagreement to her. I'm going to get my food and pray she didn't do anything foul. I kindly told the lady that I've been buying meals from the owner for many years now and that I enjoy the food is the reason that I still can you order here and once again she tried to let me have it. I just don't understand why the service is so terrible. Omg is all.icwanna emphasize the woman at the front desk is the most rudest person I have ever came in contact with on several occasions I just recently found this restaurant and my 2 time coming and everytime I come her attitude she displays is horrible she actually patronizes who she wants I stood there awaiting and she just keep her phone conversation going on bc a very personal call not even acknowledging me granted I make a order over phone then I asked for napkins she said we’re going low gave me two thin ones and said you get some from bathroom really the bathroom was disgusting I cold not believe my ears then I sat down to eat as I do the gravy on the liver was drenched in salt and covered the rice I spoon of rice that old like they scape the pan and the end bread of the loaf I never eat end bread I ask her about that she said that’s all we have honey. HORRIBLE!!! I usually DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS!! But here we go!! I would never ever eat there again! I called and placed my order I was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there the lady at the desk was rude. No customer service skills what so ever! She said "oh its gonn be a minute you can have a seat!" Mind you I waited 25 minutes before going. She finished getting other orders. Then came back and said oh we didnt start your order, it was too large and we had to may sure the bill was paid first! My order was placed so now I spent a total of 45 minutes to an hour without food. I had 4 separate orders they did not separate them. The person came with my food in tin foil. I told them this is unacceptable I mean I ordered everything separately and they had all my food in the same tin foil! The rude lady turned and said " I said it was my fault". I paid $122 dollars for nasty dried and crusty fish! Beans that taste like can! Macaroni noodles without cheese! I will be calling the better business bureau! They need to refund me.
