This is my new favorite ice cream place. I have been several times and everyone from the owner to employees have been very nice and informative about the products they serve. My family has allergies to eggs, peanuts and tree nuts. They were able to identify the ice cream we could enjoy. The girls take the time to ensure no cross contamination between untensils and their hands. Good customer service remembers their customers. They know our order when we come in.

As far as the wait it depends on the orders ahead of you. Reminder they are not just scooping ice cream they make huge shakes too. I have watched them create one and these shakes take time. So, if your in a rush place a to go order online or this might not be the place for you. However, the ice cream is worth the wait.

We’ve been to the previous location a few times and my kids loved it. The new location was definitely a let down compared to previous trips on Indianola Ave. We noticed the kids extreme shakes aren’t on the menu and I didn’t even get the full sentence out to ask before I was told no. This was a super disappointment for us as 2 $18 extreme shakes where over half goes in the trash is not convenient. My kids like very different things and can’t agree so the kids size was perfect. What we did end up getting was good, but something not worth traveling 1.5 hours for with unfriendly service. Not sure...

My family went to check this place out for the first time last night for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and we were all SO impressed. The owner was unbelievably sweet, the desserts were incredibly delicious and they had Snow White and a Balloon twister there plus coloring and glitter tattoos so my daughter was in heaven! I had a banana pudding cheesecake sundae and I am still dreaming about how good it was! Can’t wait to come back! Highly...
