Ima have to give this experience a low rating . Came on a Friday it wasn’t busy at all at 5pm I ordered the flight and it wasn’t worth the 12.99 and we had a peach tea the drinks were made sloppy and out everything we ordered only two were good . Tried to exchange the other two that my date only took a sip of and the girl did no. Stir up the drink it will be good lol well we stirred it and it was still nasty lol. Didn’t drink it just gave it back and called a loss will most likely nvr go back again. Then another couple came and ordered their drinks and the girl made theirs like the advertisement with the garnishes and everything. This whole situation irritated tf out of me because I waited all week to go just for it to be a let dwn, then I don’t like establishments who are not able to remake a damn drink. That u can tell was barely touched. After we left both me and my date felt nauseous. I don’t recommend at all. And when the girl is making ur drink don’t walk away. Then when I was ready to order the girl was talkn on the phone at the register on a cell phone. Not taking no type of other order. Just talkn. The aesthetic of the business was cute very pretty. But the drinks did not match the vibe. And she knew I only was there to get a pretty drink and made the drink look basic af . The only one that was good was the cotton candy and my date had a regular peach tea. Can’t really get peach tea wrong . So basically my date paid $12.99 for a small shot of cotton candy boba 😂😂 oh and the kicker was she took over 20 mins to make the drinks so I was thinking like damn these drinks about to be good. No idea why she was taking so long . There was only one other couple remind u they came in about 10 mins after us lol and when the girl was finally done with the drinks I was shocked 😂 like no you didn’t take 20 sumn mins for this ?! lol if you watch the advertisement on TikTok and IG then you will understand what I’m ranting about. lol homegirl need to do some training on customer service skills, and do a class on how to run a business. Because no matter how good or nasty ur drinks are if you have unprofessional customer service the few ppl that do come in aren’t going to want to come back . This spot seems like one of those hit or miss...
