Wont return ever again the 1st time I picked up an order I just went to the bar your first time coming here I don't know if they just assume you know where your going or what because nobody acts like a host I got my order but it was like what do you want? I'm here for a carryout "ugh hold on a moment" like am I bothering you do people not come here for a carryout and I had no idea where to go. The second time here I walk in and ask he's like oh yea just go over there they'll help you, I go over wait 15 minutes no acknowledgement, sombody tells me oh they're bagging up orders now... I stand for 10 minutes..sombody says oh they're boxing up orders now... I WAIT ANOTHER 10 MINUTES... no order i go outside trying to just relax I come back inside and the girl that had literally nothing to say almost my whole 40 minute wait oh I'm so sorry about your wait and enjoy like really? What kind of customer service is this where sombody comes in to pick up an order and you dont speak to them tell them what's going on, ask what order your here for, oh they're making it, oh we're really behind. NOTHING. After standing here for 30 minutes a girl says "oh it's taco Tuesday we're behind" i get that it understand but that would be great to know a LONG TIME AGO. TERRIBLE I LIKE THE FOOD BUT ILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY TO DEAL...
Read moreI honestly don’t know what’s more overrated—Trolley Barn’s food or its reputation. I walked in expecting something decent, but what I got was a hot mess. The atmosphere? Zero charm. It gave overpriced taco bell w dive bar aesthetics.
Let’s talk about the food—if you can even call it that. I ordered the chicken tacos, and they tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I was tempted to ask for a box to take them home just so money wouldn’t be wasted but I didn’t see a need to punish my dog and expect him to eat them.
And don’t even get me started on the service. It felt like the server was playing hide-and-seek with us. Slow doesn’t even begin to cover it. We waited forever just to get a drink refill, and by the time the food finally came, I was already regretting my decision.
The cherry on top? The place was filthy. Crumbs everywhere, sticky tables, and zero attention to detail. Trolley Barn really outdid itself by making me feel like I was dining in a high school cafeteria instead of a “popular” restaurant in Columbus.
In short: terrible food, terrible service, and a downright unpleasant experience. I’d rather starve than go back. Save yourself the trouble and go...
Read moreI'm only rating the service. I went to Local cantina tonight to get drinks and order some food. I set at the bar and waited for the bartender to approach me to ask what I wanted. She never approached me the entire time I was there. She washed glasses several times instead of asking me what I wanted. A guy walks in ten minutes after and set one seat down. The bartender approached him and asked him what he wanted. She served him then went to wash glasses again. I tried to get her attention but she ignored me.
Her name is CiCi and she has a nose piercing. I had to ask someone working the floor to get me a drink since CiCi wasn't serving me. It's really messed up to drive somewhere for drinks and food and not get service. People like that don't need to work in restaurants. I will call to make sure CiCi isn't working the next time I go back if at all....
