Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

I love Marcos pizza! But on this 2 particular day, My father called ( he is Hispanic so his English is not that good) So when he called she asked him for our address ( which they should already have, because we have ordered from there before.) And when he said the address the lady said “ excuse me” My dad repeated himself about five times. So the he called on my phone, and said the same thing as before. So ten minutes later we called again another lady answered, and she could hear us. So after we ordered we waited 30 minutes, 40 minutes, 1 hour, 1hour in 23 minutes, and still NOTHING! So my dad called asking about the pizza and the freaking lady ended the call so we called again. She first said “ we don’t have your order” when we Did call, then she said “ the delivery man knocked but nobody answered” keep in mind we had our door open the whole time. We ordwr pizza about once every 2-3 weeks. We were once loyal customers of Papa Johns. They kept messing our orders up so we tried Marcos. We fell in love, the pizza is great. Today we ordered pizza, after an hour we had not received our pizza. We called and was told they had the wrong address. Mind you, we had repeated the address to them 3 times and even spelled the street name. So again, we waited another hour. Called them again, upset. We asked for our money back and don't send the pizza. The guy said they are busy and didn't understand us being upset. Really? 2 hours for a pizza and you don't understand?? So hopefully our money is refunded and we will take our business elsewhere. BTW, the time before this we ordered, we had to keep repeating our address because the employees were yelling and the young lady on the phone couldn't hear us. Great pizza, horrible customer service = loss...

Took 2 or 3 hours to deliver my order and I didn't get it until after midnight (when they close). Had to call many times and was given inconsistent updates. First call i was told it was out for delivery. Second call i was told they were just putting it in the oven. Last call they said they cancelled it without telling me. Delivered to the wrong house too. Neighbors were up and gave me a call.

Gave them a second chance and same thing happened. Only this time I got in a heated argument with the guy over the phone. Said I was calling every five minutes. I had the call logs. Called every 20 minutes. Took well over an hour after the estimated delivery time.

Pizza is still good but just get Papa John's instead. Similar quality but they're always chill.
