McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbus

This star is cause I have to?This is the worst MC Donald's I have ever been too by far!! I been too many all over the US!!! We go here, or use to everyday!! It use to be one of the best and fastest ever! Now, every dam day for 2weeks in a row. Even longer to be onist! No ice cream? This morning both doors are locked and employees standing inside laughing watching the customers pulling up and they come open the doors when customers drive away!!? Freekin joke , they're I don't understand how they been getting by with it for so long!? Everyone's in a group watching you through the window? And a few times counting today they are only serving pop and hash browns?? This is so disappointing? I don't understand? There's just No reason all they can sell is those 2 items?I makes no common sense? Except no one is doing side work? I like parfaits.They never have those! Or ice cream?When I finally got a parfait it was almost all fruit?And the fruit was completely frozen. There was 2 small spoon fulls of yougert on top the fruit and one spoon full on bottom of yougert? I was gonna take a pitcher of it! But I really don't like to complain! But It's sad they are using McDonald's name! It's been going on everyday and never gets any better? It use to be on point and fast always and good Nice employee's! The old Manager would be highly upset too see what happened to one of the use to be best MC Donald's around?!! use to come every-morning! When they fist remodeled the store they had nice big screen TVs ,now lil 9 inch screen TVs!!? I don't even understand why they would do that? I can see maybe one breaks(they were new)?But 2 of them breaks? It's so so sad to see so many people in one store not taking there job seriously!! They definitely need to make...

Came here with my last 5 bucks for 3 mcchickens and a large coke. Waited 10 minutes at the window while the 3 staff aside from the person who took my money[who was very kind btw] smoked and cackled outside on the other side. Some crackhead from the motel next door was harassing the customer in front of me in the drive through. All this time the line was just backing up more and more. I finally got my food and my coke, the bag felt a little light however. So, despite never being that person, being a sous chef myself, I checked my food. I only had two of my sandwiches. I drove around and knocked on the door as it was locked and stood there for about three minutes before finally someone acknowledged the fact that I was standing there. The woman who looked at me just stood there shaking her head and pointing at the line so I left. There were over 13 cars in the drive through since nobody had been manning the window for 10 minutes and just slowly building a line up. I refused to wait an extra half hour to get the single sandwich I paid for. Service was trash a d I can honestly see why there are so many bad reviews, your management at this restaurant definitely need to clean house. And to the nice woman who took my order and accepted my payment. Thank you, and there are, I'm sure, far better opportunities for you than any of the other people...

Can I give this -5 stars? This location is 6 min from my house and also on my DoorDash route. Where do I even start? Slow. I mean SLOOOOW, 45+ minutes slow with maybe 10 cars in line, imagine how long it takes when they’re 25+ cars deep. You’ll sit at the speaker box for 10+ and then they say “cash only” SERIOUSLY?! When DoorDashing they make you wait in line, stop at the box and tell them you’re picking up an order for 123 and they say “ok, stay in line, 2nd window” (hit or miss on polite employees) then 20+ minutes later.... THEY’RE OUT OF HALF THE ITEMS ON THE ORDER!!! They of course didn’t call the customer to ask about replacement items or whatever was necessary to get info on, so I have to, at the window (bc they don’t dare ask me to pull back around here anymore) call the customer and get their order changed... “what can I have instead” “what flavors are there” “what comes on this”??? If only they had told me at the speaker box I could’ve had all that figured out by the time I got to the window and if only be waiting 5 instead of 10 minutes. I refuse their orders a lot of the time but when I do accept them I make sure to chat with Dasher Support and inform them that this location has absolutely no business participating with DoorDash on 3rd shift.
