Went there around 6:40. I ordered for my family a double quarter meal large , a quarter just the sandwich . A nugget meal large , and another nugget . And a cheeseburger plain. I wanted ranch, sweet and sour, and buffalo. I did not receive the 1st of the nuggets. The fries were soggy and cold , and none of the sauce I received . So I called the store to say that I didn’t get the stuff and this is cold . The manager, I’m assuming, answers arguing with me saying, “Well, I know it was hot because we haven’t been able to keep fries this and that.” And I said, “Mama, they were cold, period.” She said, “Well, you drove home with it.” Mind you, I live literally by the McDonald’s, like maybe 3-5 minutes away. If fries are cooked to 165as they should be they should have been fresh like she says . They would not have been soggy and ice cold 3-5 minutes down the road. I have a food safety certification, was a manager at McDonald’s, and was a supervisor for a government food kitchen. I’m not stupid. Then she proceeded to argue with me about it, and then I told her food was missing, and she was very rude with me, told me to bring all the food and receipts because there was just no way and that I was wrong. She is very mouthy . And one thing I’m not going to do is come up there to speak to some mouthy person. I don’t have the patience to deal with that type of person . So I instead called corporate and just got off the phone with corporate. They can handle it from there. You can’t be wrong and rude. Then while on the phone with corporate my partner tries to eat her (cold food ) and gets to still pink parts of the burger . I do have the case incident number just in case either of us gets sick from this matter. We will never come here again . The only thing I will say is there runner was kind (when she handed us our food). And tbh in the morning we’ve never had an issue on sundays . And I worked in the in customer service for many years I know people can be a little dramatic .had it been just the nuggets missing I’d been okay prolly wouldn’t have called because it’s just nuggets. I called because it was more then 1 thing .I just honestly wanted some fresh fries and the nuggets but because she was so rude that’s why I called corporate I dont want any refunds or vouchers I just simply will go to another McDonald’s . But whom ever I spoked with needs to be addressed for her attitude and from the looks of it I’m not the only person who has issues with this crew or the service...
Read moreThis store was extremely busy when I visited yesterday. The drive thru had cars wrapped around the building and more pulling up. We decided to go inside. I was so impressed with the great customer service experience. Although busy, the associate walked up to us and greeted us and asked if we had been waited on. We told her no, and she promptly took our order. She resumed helping her busy staff. Our wait took a while because I requested a 20-piece nuggets cooked to order. I was thrilled because at other McDonald's, I've had nuggets dropped back in the fryer for a few seconds and either had to drive back to the establishment and get them cooked fresh. I've also had them just take them out of the holding tray room temperature and had to deal with nasty attitudes just to get what my money was paying for. Getting back to standing waiting patiently...I observed how, although they were swamped with orders, they were getting those orders out there effortlessly. There were no yelling or disgruntled employees. One associate greeted us with a smile as we watched her walk back and forth outside in the sweltering heat, and she still did it pleasantly. When my granddaughter's order was brought out, they told me that my order was on the way because it was being freshly cooked. I was so pleased because most just sit orders on the counter and look blankly in your direction and walk away. Leaving you to figure out if that's my order when several people are standing around and ordered the same thing except different toppings. Well this wasn't the case with this establishment. My nuggets were brought to me and we were told to have a nice day and enjoy our meal. I did enjoy my meal! Great service can make the difference in how well I enjoy my food. Read moreI went to McDonald’s on my lunch break and I asked for a Big Mac meal; everything went well I received my food fast but when I got to work and opened my sandwich I noticed it was some black excess. I’m assuming from the grill, it was left on the burger however what I failed to understand is how did whoever made this burger believe that it was acceptable to eat. It could have simply been replaced and it wasn’t underneath the sandwich it was the top of the sandwich and it was on top of the burger it self. So it couldn’t have been missed so I’m not the type to overreact, so I simply called to speak to the manger. I spoke to the manger and he explained to me it was excess from the grill, which I already figured but for him to think it was fine that it was on there was beyond my understanding. I asked for a refund he explained that he couldn’t give me a refund but they could replace the burger. At that point, I became frustrated because this isn’t the first or the second time having a bad burger so I said no, I would like a refund because I don’t want to ever eat McDonald’s again and he said that I could come to the store and speak to the store manger. I respond with I’m back at work and I won’t get off until 6pm and I asked what time does the store manger get off. He replies 4:30pm so instead of him giving the store manger the phone he says that I can come tomorrow on my break to speak with them. So I won’t ever go back to this McDonald’s ever...
