Tonight was my absolute last visit to this location. Although my first encounter with a young man locking the doors 15 minutes before closing was resolved after 3 visits and speaking to the manager personally. This incident was it for me. I arrived at 8:55p.m. the open sign was off and there was a car at the drive through. I approached the door and it was open. A young man said "were closed". I asked "if you're closed, why is the door not locked"? A female then stated "we are closed". The female then stated "we're short staffed so we are closed". I'm thinking to myself, not my problem, improvise. I stated I've had to complain about this problem before. I'm saying to myself these individuals are not focused on customer service, only getting out of here. By the way, the floors were wet so they were really preparing to get out of there. However, it is 8:55p.m. I asked who was the the manager,the female stated "I am the manager". I asked who was her boss and the female stated "Google it". This same female repeated "Google it" and proceeded to open the door and told me "leave or she would call the police". Which I replied "call them". The male proceeded to walk between the female and I said to him "move". The female dropped a "bomb" on me " saying get the ,** out, you don't talk to my co worker like that". I in return dropped 2 bombs on her and walked out. Manager really!!!! When the establishment is closed, the door should be locked! Period! The employees attitude changed after my first complaint. However, the staff is continuously looking for ways to stop service when they "want to". This female apparently is used to challenging customers. We will see how long her employment lasts. Read moreI do like the food here, but the processes could be improved. I placed a "Rapid Rescue" online order, which was supposed to be ready at 2:05 pm. I left with my food at 2:18. They were NOT busy. They prepared my order and left it BEHIND the counter. I wasn't able to just pick it up without engaging employees. I assumed maybe they had been busy until i got there. But I noticed that literally everyone left and went on break at the same time. So then I asked about my order. An employee picked it up and gave it to me. Then another employee questioned him saying "are the cookies in there?" He responded "yes, they are in there." I checked the order and they were not there. Then the employee informed me that they were out of chocolate chip cookies but offered me something else. You tell me, was this handled properly? As much as I do like the food here, I will NOT be returning to this location. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place. Read moreWhen you say "only" numerous times so you don't get lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise or sometimes mustard, and it's even repeated back to you, and yet somehow that's all you get... 2 stars because this "only" happens about 1 out of every 4 visits. I've tried "plain" before when ordering the club, only to get shorted the bacon, sometimes the cheese as well. I've even tried listing the items above as "no x,y,z" to be corrected that I really "only" want other toppings. If there is a secret way to "only" get certain toppings, I have yet to find it.
