Ms Vikki's Restaurant & Banquet — Restaurant in Columbus

Being a wedding professional please do not use this venue for your clients. She let us come and set up the day before told us she would be taking food to a daycare she caters for and would be back. While still setting up one of her “staff members” came back at 2pm and said she was leaving at 2:15 and we would have to leave after a lot of back and forth we were able to stay. We then found out that we were not able to get back in the building until an hour before the event because there would be no one there until that time. Mind you this is a wedding cake still needed set up dj etc. Unacceptable what kind of venue is not there early day of? She keep switching her story and since there was no set in stone contract (she does not have) there is nothing to go by. We then had to vacuum and go to each stall and remove sanity bags which she did not tell us before hand. She was rude to my staff very very unprofessional.
