Subway — Restaurant in Columbus

I would like to share a very special experience I had with this store. In particular one of the owners, Nick Tracy. I live in South Carolina and my mother lives there in Columbus Ohio. I wanted to do something for her birthday that I knew she would enjoy and one of her favorite things is Subwsays oatmeal cookies so I ordered her a dozen of them and their new steak and cheese sub on the garlic bread. I could not figure out how or who to set up the delivery service with. When I called the store there on Livingston Ave Mr. Tracy went above and beyond any customer service I could have wished for. He delivered this order to my 71 year old mother for me himself and I can not tell you how special this made my mother feel. No meal from any other resterraunt could have been better because their owner would not have delivered it to her in person. If you get a chance to visit this store and see Mr Tracy please tell him how special he is and make sure you try an oatmeal cookie my mother...

I ordered a ft long sub, there was no where to say what you wanted to add. Tomatoes lettuce those items were not I paid 13 dollars for a flattened sub buns and 2 slices of pepperoni and a slice of salami. Shaved slices at best no Italian dressing on an Italian sub. All the advertisement show Tomatoes lettuce Italian dressing. The guy answered the phone and before could say anything he had no name nor a manager. WORST EVER DONT PAY FO ANYTHING GOE TO...

I walk in and it was one customer ahead of me and the guy who was making the sandwich was super slow I waited 15 minutes to finish 2 sandwich for the customer after when the customer left the guy told me I have 2 online orders and I just looked at him and left super slow very bad service and it's a lunch time and only one employee working oh come on now they need to bring more employees I'm just so surprised how come these people stay...
