Panda Express — Restaurant in Columbus

I came in at 9:27pm and waited for a staff member to come assist me, they cleaned their hands and greeted to help me. Everyone was already preparing for closing which I understood as they close at 10. I was ordering their new bourbon chicken as a bowl and it seems I got the last of the bit and when I proceeded to tell them that I would need a plate with that same chicken I was informed that wasn’t possible as I got the last bit from the pan. But I still need more and yall don’t close until 10? I would even understand if I came at 9:45 but I came here at 9:27? They told me lobby closes at 9:30 and the drive through until 10.. ok but 1. You failed to tell me lobby was lobby was closing soon 2. Even if I left and went through the drive through I would still want the same chicken meaning you’d have to make more anyway?! They realized I was right but tried to argue that the lobby was closed but I still repeated that regardless I would go to my car and order the same chicken through the drive through. They proceeded to tell me that it was fine and they’d do it but it would be a 5 min wait and I said I would wait and I could see the annoyance in their faces. Like how am I at fault? I wasn’t showing up requesting you give me fresh everything 5 mins...

I love the food, but the service at this location tends to struggle, especially when picking up a mobile order. I prefer doing the surveys and not reviewing publicly, but they did not include my receipt with my order. I came in two weeks ago to pick up a mobile order. The employees kept asking me to show my DoorDash confirmation even though I said that I ordered through the Panda Express app. I gave them my name and recited the whole order and they still were hesitant to give me my order. Additionally, the cashier informed me that they didn't have enough of the Beyond Orange Chicken to give me a full serving. However, they didn't provide any sort of substitute to make up for it. Tough luck for me, I guess? They also forgot to give us the veggie spring rolls and our drinks were out of flavoring and just tasted like carbonated water. I don't mind small mistakes here and there, but given the fact that over half of our order was either incorrect or intentionally less than what we paid for, I am hesitant to return to this...

Ordered the new crispy beef and shrimp bowl. Upon ordering it, the person taking my order told me that I had to pay an additional $1.50 for crispy beef and shrimp. I find it ridiculous that I have to pay for a menu item and then pay an additional fee for the same menu item. This service is unacceptable specially as the bowl only came with five shrimp, six very small pieces of crispy beef, and one small sliver of what I assumed was supposed to be a red bell pepper. The rest was just the white rice that I ordered for my bowl. The total cost was over $12 for a crispy beef and shrimp bowl and a chicken egg roll. For the amount and quality of food, these prices are ridiculous. This will be the last time I ever eat at...
