This review is tough to write because, this is the third time I have had the same experience recently. Tonight I got the half order of chicken and rice - and again the chicken is dry, so dry that even the sauce provided doesn't help cut the dryness. The rice is delicious- but having to use the sauce means I can't taste as much of the rice. I upgraded to a platter and got a salad - lettuce, onion, not quite ripe tomatoes and bananna peppers with cheese. It was crisp and delicious. I also got the Baba Ganoush - I couldn't finish it. It was bland and I get much better at a couple other places. I was disappointed because most places serve a whole pita with their Baba- I got 3/4 with my dinner. My husband got the beef and lamb gyro with fries. His was delicious and as tasty as always. The fries are hand cut and have a nice dusting of spices. The gyro was filled with fresh lettuce, onion. He only had 4 banana peppers on it and would have like a couple more rings. (He asked for no tomato). He didn't finish all of the gyro at dinner. With so many Mediterranean and Greek options in the immediate area, the owner may wish to reimagine the way they prepare chicken because it didn't taste as fresh as it should. Sad to give this place 3 stars. We did not see the owner tonight, he is really very nice and friendly.

I've been eating here since I was six years old (33 years of excellent food) and the owner is still just as passionate about serving high quality ingredients as ever and though he isn't in the restaurant as often these days he only hires the most considerate staff and chefs that ensure the Mediterranean dining experience is held to his high standards. My usual is the Tabbouleh Salad add Spicy Chicken (pictured) but the lamb Gyros with a side of hummus is an excellent starting point for those new to Mediterranean food, and from the grape leaves to the kebabs I've not tried anything on the menu that I've not liked. I've eaten all over the Mediterranean from Spain, Italy, Greece, and Iraq, and my step family is Lebanese. I can say confidently that this is the authentic Mediterranean experience. You're also supporting both a local business and a literal terrorist attack survivor (ask the staff) when you eat here. I love you man! Merry Christmas! (It's a Nazareth thing IYKYK)

First time dining at Nazareth at 5 pm on Sat night in late November 2023. They weren't very busy and we ordered food to go. The dining room was open airy and nice. The cashier taking our order was nice and helpful. But the food was 3-stars at best. The chicken in all our dishes was very dry and flavorless. Not marinated. Not seasoned at all. Just bland protein. We had to add vigorous amounts of salt and their house dressing to provide any flavor. The side of French fries were equally inedible and went right into the trash. The cinnamon rice and pita bread were the only bright spots in our $70 dinner. I probably won't return unless they introduced an actual entree plate with a piece of protein grilled fresh. Because storing bits and pieces in a vat is like eating cafeteria food. So disappointing as we've been searching for a good Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurant in Central Ohio for years and still haven't been satisfied.

After coming here to eat many times and been satisfied with the entire experience, based on the atrocity of what would properly be called "service" received, I will absolutely never come back to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone ever again.

Every visit to this restaurant, I specifically request a side of the juiced from the spicy chicken from the holding pan. Every single time eating at this restaurant, I have received exactly what I asked for... except for my last visit. On my last visit, I was given the base sauce which was used to marinade the chicken. I understand mistakes happen, so I brought it up with the server that what was brought was not what I requested. The server decided to, instead of correcting the issue, begin to argue with me. "It's the same exact thing, this is what the chicken is marinaded in." After asking her why this is something she wanted to start an argument over, as no one has ever had an issue with this before, she stormed off to the floor manager.

Now, the floor manager? The floor manager was arguably worse. She came over, I explained the issue, and she insisted it was "the same thing." Sure, it's the same ingredients, but once chicken is added and heat is applied - the sauce changes. While trying to explain this to the manager, she began laughing.

Really Nazareth? This is how your employees treat your customers? When a customer asks for something that is going to be thrown away, why argue? Why argue semantics? I could go into great detail of the chemistry and physics behind why these two things are entirely different, but this will more than likely fall...

We ate lunch at Nazareth today and we will NEVER return there again. First of all we used to love this restaurant before they moved. The owner was so kind and nice to the customers. However, we had a very bad experience yesterday and we will NEVER return to this restaurant EVER! We each ordered ice tea to drink. The tea was served without ice, no lemon and we were never offered a refill. The tea was room temperature. It was $3.00/ glass. I ordered the rice which on the menu it was described and having caramelized onion and cumin and other spices. What came was served in a small square dish. There was not one shred of onion only the rice and a few lentils. There was no taste or smell of spice. No cumin or any other flavor. I paid extra for some gyro meat. There was a small amount of meat on top but it looked like a bowl of dog food. The presentation was horrible. My spouse ordered a gyro and fries. The his food was average the fries were hot but a small serving. The bill came to $32.00. Quite a bit for a very disappointing lunch. Also note that we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. There were at least three young employees working. They paid no attention to us but were making quite a bit of noise amongst themselves. The waiter never came to check on us. I had to go ask for the check and when he brought it I expressed my disappointment in the rice and he just shrugged his shoulders. The only reason I am posting this review is to save someone else from wasting their...

I can't tell you how many times I have driven by and thought hmm that sounds good. Finally took the plunge and gave it a go! The food was so good! Served hot and decently priced. Ordered the veggie dinner, at first I thought the serving size was a little small but between the hummus and pickled veggies it was more than enough, good value for $16. I had a bite of the lamb and oh my was it tender and juicy. So tasty! A couple things that I would recommend for improvement. 1. The walls were very dirty, they need to be washed. That was the reason why I'm only giving a 4 out of 5 stars. 2. The menu is digital, at least I believe that is what the deal was, we didn't get a menu and had to struggle to get it to pop up via the QR code (code was ripped on the table). Another table came in and they were giving paper menus (I'm not old but I do like a menu..what if someone didn't have a smart phone or internet access?). Overall I was impressed with the food. One of the kids/servers was great, he was very attentive and asking if we needed anything. I did not catch his name. Hamilton Rd has A LOT of construction going on making the area busy and a little difficult to get in and out of, luckily there is a service road that runs behind the business and has light access. Parking can be a little tight but plenty of parking. Overall,...
