This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong Subway location and realized it right away. I called the store within minutes to explain the mistake and cancel the order. On top of that, I got into a car accident while trying to get to the location — which I also mentioned on the call.
The employee on the phone didn’t show any concern or care. They told me the food was already made and there was “nothing they could do,” even though I never picked it up. No empathy, no effort to help, and no understanding of the situation.
It’s incredibly frustrating to know a big company like Subway doesn’t train their staff to handle situations with basic compassion or flexibility. I didn’t receive my food and was left paying for an order I couldn’t use — all while dealing with the stress of an accident.
I won’t be ordering from this location again and will think twice before using the Subway app...
Read moreThis Subway is the closest location to my new home, so I was hoping it would be a reliable go-to. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. The younger Indian lady working was extremely unprofessional. When we arrived, she was on her cell phone, didn’t wash her hands, and simply put gloves on before handling food. She even propped her phone up in the sandwich station where the meat is stored at one point.
I had to repeat my sandwich order three times because she was holding her phone between her shoulder and ear, on speaker, and clearly distracted. I also had to repeat my toppings multiple times. It was frustrating and felt unsanitary.
To be fair, I’ve been here before when an older gentleman was working, and he was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. That positive interaction is the only reason I considered coming back. But today’s experience really rubbed me...
Read moreI am giving this location a one star because the customer service here is very poor. My husband and I go to this location because it is closer to our home, and each time we are unsatisfied. No one ever seems happy to be at work. So to avoid interaction, we tried online ordering and we still got the same results when it was time for pickup. However, the lady in charge who claims her name was Jody, seems to be the unhappiest. She literally got the order instructions wrong and refused to remake the sandwiches. She suggested that online ordering was just not for everyone, refunded the money and when tried to reorder she suggested that we should go to another location.
