Hawaii Fluid Art New Albany — Attraction in Columbus

I am taking this down to 1 star, I'd give it zero if i could! The manager just called me and was extremely rude! Wanted to know why I didn't call the number listed on the door since she could be there in 5 minutes! When I told her it wasn't the first time I stopped by and had the store closed she hung up on me! Never again will I go here and I will make sure everyone I know knows the general manager is extremely rude. The painting experience itself was good, other than the fact the instructor was outside smoking when we showed up. We were instructed to write our name, address, and email on the back of the pieces, which we did. We painted on May 20 and upgraded to the resin finish, and it's now June 16 and we still don't have our pieces. They've been emailed, which was never returned, finally I reached out on Facebook messenger and got a response. I was left a message a few days later saying there was confusion because no phone number was given, apparently it never occurred to them to email us. I went today at 12:15 and it was closed! Listed hours show 12-6 on Fridays. I called the number which had left me a message and was told there was an emergency at one of the other stores and she had to help out. She continued to say they had staffing issues and currently have 3 locations and only 1 employee at each location so they need to all help out. There was no sign saying be back soon or sorry for the inconvenience. Sounded like a bunch of excuses. This is not the first time it has been closed when we tried to pick up our pieces. My girlfriend brought there as a birthday present! Omg!!! It was an amazing fun experience! That hour flew by! I love my creation and my girlfriends creation! The teacher took the colors I choose and painted 1/2 the canvas then took my girlfriends chosen colors and painted the other 1/2 of the canvas to creat one picture.
