The first few times I have been to this location, I had ordered a panini and all 3 times had to get it re-made because it was wrong. The 3rd time I had to get this re-made, it had to be done 4 times just to get it right!!!!!!! I wanted a ham and cheese panini add bacon extra crispy and no sauce or anything and on white bread. The first time got the wrong type of bread. The second time I had nasty uncrispy bacon, and the 3rd time it had sauce on it.... Well with this experience a while back, I just brushed it off.... I didn't go back for a while. And now because of today's experience, I had to say something because this is just the last straw. Today I ordered a panini (which was right this time thank god) and a ten pack of timbits, a chocolate chip muffin and a english toffee cappacino. Well i waited in the drive through for almost 10 minutes (between ordering and waiting at the window) and I felt bad because i thought maybe there was only a couple people working so no biggie. I got my order and they forgot my english toffee and by that time 2 cars already pulled out and said screw it. Ok whatever. When I got home, my muffin was stale. And the worst of it, my timbits tasted like the freaking oven. Either they didnt clean the oven or they didnt get the cleaner out of it. It was so discusting I almost puked....and I tried to call 3 times to let them know they can get someone sick from these timbits, but NO ANSWER. This is the last time I will ever come back to this location. ALL OF MY EXPERIENCES WERE BETWEEN...

Wife & I decided to do brunch before grocery shopping for the new year (to avoid the usual chaos & mayhem that is new years eve) a few days ahead of time.
The place was empty with the exception of a Jeep Cherokee at the drive through window (should have been our first sign).
We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich (wife) with the two hash browns & the bacon, egg & cheese croissant (me), also with hash browns. A couple of minutes later, we were advised that they don't have any hash browns (erm, a Tim Horton's breakfast place with no breakfast hash browns - really??) So okay, it's Christmas time, maybe stocks are low.
Then we're advised that there isn't any crispy chicken either. Hmmm.
So continued ordering the bacon egg & cheese croissant & a chicken panini for my wife. The croissant looked terrifying however it didn't taste as bad as it was thrown together.
Subsequently found out that my wife's team of colleagues (they work at a daycare facility also on Hamilton Rd) have also experienced the lack of stock when they have visited.
This location is at a fairly prime location and could potentially make some good money. Concentrate on better stock takes and inventory as well as customer needs and you'll be a...
Read moreI placed a mobile app order, when I arrived, I was told by the staff they had no baked goods. I was able to order the baked goods on the app including Timbits. I’m not sure how you can have zero baked goods on a Saturday morning. They told me instead of Timbits they could sub it for a muffin but it’ll be a few minute wait (confused because I thought they had no baked goods..but I accepted because my wife needed food 2 weeks postpartum). When I got to the window, I asked for a refund for my Timbits, the staff was so confused, no one knew how to issue a refund and finally, they told me it’s mobile app order so I need to do it on the app, fine. I got my muffins, drinks, etc, I open my bag, the other food I ordered (bagel) was missing. I waited over 5 minutes for my muffins. Never once did any employee apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience of the situation and I left the incorrect order, food missing. While waiting I witnessed patrons going to the front door of the store it was locked. Save yourself the trip and head to Starbucks...
