usually when i go to pulp i get the order i ask for correctly made and made in a reasonable time span. today when i went to pulp there was barely any rush, and i had to wait for 30 minutes to get my food. these two people working today (a guy with glasses and a girl) seemed to have no understanding that the people coming in may be in a hurry, i was late to my appointment because of this. there’s clearly a lack of urgency. and not only that, but they entirely did not add chocolate to my protein packers, this made it completely unappetizing. complete waste for how...

An absolutely great experience! Awesome service, tasty smoothies/food, clean and new facility, but best of all staff that was working hard and being really attentive to me and my little brother. Felt like a second home by how the customers were joking and interacting with eachother. Tropical smoothie was completely packed so we came here to try it out and we will definitely be coming back. Walked in to get a smoothie wasn’t greeted at all. They acted like that They didn’t wanna help me But yet , when other customers came in, they were polite to them and asking them all these questions.
