Rally's — Restaurant in Columbus

The service is here is decent. Fast service and the orders are consistently complete. Generally speaking one burger joint isn't really much better or worse than another at this price point... unfortunately in 2024 it appears to be a race to the bottom. Today at Rally's I tried the promoted item "the Boss Brisket". I was here the other day and ordered it but they were completely out of it. So I came back today. It looked great on the poster and the idea of a Brisket style sandwich for under 10 bucks seemed worth the risk...only it wasn't. I would not recommend it under any circumstances. In fact, even if you're hungry I would just skip eating altogether rather than order this item. It is a regular carnival style hamburger patty on two slices of slightly toasted regular sliced bread. The patty has some bbq brisket type substance on it approximately the size of quarter. We got two combos and 6 pc Monsterella sticks which was their special "5 piece" edition today and it wasn't like we saved money by coming here.. It came to $28 which is really the thing about prices and the quality of food that irks the general public currently. Today we wasted a/b $30 here. I would chance a chili dog or a regular burger here again with a promotion or coupon but I wouldn't get adventurous at Rally's again by any means. Very Rude! I was picking up two orders for DoorDash yesterday evening. There were no instructions in the app about front window (and you cannot see the baby window up front from parking lot). I waited an 11 minutes in the drive thru to be told to back out and go to front window. When I told her that there are people behind me, I couldn't back up, she become crabby with me. When I got to window out front, the food wasn't even started. I spent the total of 46 minutes at Rallys waiting on these two orders, and they weren't even large orders!! The woman with the bluish green hair, and the woman with yellow colored braids are very rude when dealing with the public. If that is how this company chooses to represent their company, they won't ever get a dime from me, and I will not accept and Dashes from a single Rallys, especially not this one. Absolutely ridiculous that as I looked in the front window and witnessed 1 man cleaning, 1 woman cooking, and the yellow haired woman moving slower than molasses, and the bluish colored haired woman was just standing there staring off into space....i realized I wasn't getting the food to the customer in a timely manner and that hurts my...

Thanks for a great experience on my fish sandwichs........... I have a question????? Might help solve issues with other stuff going on here with other reviews... So my question for the owner did you tell them to charge extra for .15 cents for mustard or different condiments,, because that is what they are doing,, I seen it on a small paper made up put on window when leaving the to go window... I told them to make my sandwich like they are sapose to look like and taste,, I told them to put the tarter on it and lettuce on it, to make it look like a sandwich because they said oh do you want extra sauce,, I said no I want my sandwich my sandwich to look and taste like it sapose toooo..
