Somethings different!...We were excited to learn this location delivered to our address (the Romeos that we use to order from closed). So we painfully ordered the Tuscan Pepperoni, the order process was painful due to their web portal not ordering and just loading after we placed our c.c info and submitted our order after waiting over 5 minutes we decided to call and the pain continued, the employee seemed to not know what he was doing and continued separate conversations while on the phone attempting to take my order leading to having to repeat everything several times (this was obviously forshadowing). After he asked a few people how to enter a coupon we gave him our c.c info and asked to have the tip added he said sure asked the amount and sure enough when the za was delivered I had to add it in and sign, Ok ok maybe the za will be as tasty as we remembered!
Delivery was faster then the quoted time, we will discover this is the ONLY positive of the entire experience.
Opened the box with anticipation, it looked over cooked and the mozzarella balls had been disintegrated (at 1st we thought they forgot to add them), the za was extremely hard to chew tough like an over cooked stake...not sure if romeo's changed their cooking methods or it's just this locations inept ability to do what they get paid for well!
Overall experience was poor, I don't see us ordering from here again...hopefully not all Romeo Za...

I went to the store to pick it up and the very nice young man was confused as to why my order wasn't delivered and when he found it under the table, it was cold. He offered to make me a new order and I said no thanks. The man who was supposed to deliver my order intentionally hid it because he doesn't like my daughter and didn't want to deliver to us. My daughter recognized him and went back to the car. He must have recognized our last name on the ticket. We had no idea he was working there. My family loves Romeo's pizza but now we will never be back because of one of the workers. If manage wants his name, they can contact me and I will let them know....I am editing this post because I have learned the man I talked to is a manager and so is the man who cancelled my order because he doesnt like my daughter. What a shame. Well, over a month later and I find out this particular guy got fired for threatening someone with a pizza cutter. Great job Romeo's on picking your management. I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this place! I can't believe that I never got a response from the owner of this place. They seem to respond to all of the other comments on here. Bad...

For my confusion to elicit eye rolling, dismissive shrugs, and an insistence that some random soda Iāve never heard of is āThe exact sameā? Absolutely ridiculous. The fact that it tastes very different is almost beside the point (and even Pepsi says they made it to taste different). If there was even the slightest attempt made to acknowledge that yes, it is wrong to not have the soda you offer online actually in store, I probably wouldnāt be upset. If they had even apologized once, I would not be upset.
