2 star rating is for service and not the quality or portion size of food . There were maybe 10 other customers inside. Food was good and there was plenty of it. We entered and no one greeted us, which is fine so we walked to the register to see if we needed to seat ourselves. There was a gentleman paying and the employee at the register took care of him then ignored us as he turned around grabbed some food for a table. Ok, no big deal. He comes back and asks us if we are dining in, we say yes and he gives us our choice of which room to go into. We decide to go to an adjacent room. It takes about 10 minutes for them to bring us our menus. We order and then waited about 20 minutes for our food. Again, food tasted fine and there was plenty of it. After we finished, we needed to go pay but the gentleman from the register (who was our waiter/server as well) had not returned. So my girlfriend went up to go pay. There was another customer waiting at the register and a man behind the desk (not our server) asked if he had been taken care of and he replied that he had but told the man that my girlfriend had not. The worker then turned around and ignored my girlfriend. She came back to the table and before I could go up there to see if they would interact with me, our server stopped by and I told him we were ready to pay. I followed him to the register and paid. Now, I'm not saying that the following is the case and it could be a misunderstanding. I know that certain cultures don't allow men to deal with women in public or whatever and that is fine. This is your place of business, however, if you expect customers from other cultures to come into your business and adhere to your customs you need to have something informing them of your wish.
Food = good Portions = good Service = lacking
Edit: Your response avoided the main issue we encountered. You really should inform your customers about what to expect when they come to your establishment if you are going to discriminate...
Read moreAmazing, homemade, made-to-order food. It's worth the wait.
When we entered, the restaurant was nearly empty. Two booths were in use and two drivers were waiting for orders to deliver. There wasn't an employee in sight. The place was very clean but devoid of any decor of note. One of the delivery people told us just to sit wherever we wanted, so we did. We discussed whether or not to stay. I'm glad we stayed.
My partner ordered Moroccan tea. I ordered the Mediterranean Appetizer Plate for us to share. The tea took about ten minutes to prepare and was an amazing melange of tea, mint, and other herbs. It was unsweetened and needed no sugar. The waiter brought two cups and the pot held three cups of tea.
The appetizer platter contained generous servings of baba ganoush and hummus, a salad if chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and herbs, three falafel, and one meat-filled, chickpea encrusted and deep fried item that was incredibly flavorful. All this was served with piping hot naan.
Our main courses were Goat Karahi, Lamb Tikka, and Tabbouleh. The goat was tender and well spiced in a thick tomato stew. The lamb was also tender and well seasoned. The tabbouleh was fresh, bright from lemon juice, and without a single grain of sand- a real accomplishment with curly parsley! We also had an order of garlic naan.
There was more food than we could finish. I will gladly return...

Doesn’t worth the money !! It come with nothing no rice no bread just the two small pieces of kabab for $13 !! The chicken biryani was good , fair quantity and delicious its the reason why i gave two stars !!! With no biryani’s it doesn’t worth any star ! The Gyro with rice they asked me you want chicken or lamp or mixed i said mixed they gave me chicken only ! The rice tasted weird so we didn’t eat it !! Another $8 wasted !
