Uh oh, Sanino's. I moved in around the corner early 2018 and found out about Santino's within a month. It instantly became my favorite pizza joint around. For months I was getting the best pizza from a local delivery joint. I had ordered from them 5 or 6 times and they always made it here super quick ,again, I live just around the corner. Then one day something happened, and they went from great to not good at all. About two months or so back I ordered from them and what ALWAYS took them 25 minutes to deliver (amazing delivery time, I know), took them 50 minutes to get here. No biggie. But when they arrived the box was a plain cardboard box, no branding. This was different and I noticed it. Hmmm... then the pizza. What was inside was identical to Little Caesars. No joke. Cheap, garbage, bland flavor. Pathetic cheese topping. Horrible crust. Terribly salty sauce. The pizza didn't even fill the box and looked slightly small. Some time passed and I chanced ordering from there again about three weeks ago (May 21, 2018) and the same thing happened. No name box. Cheap pizza inside. This time it took them over an hour to deliver what ALWAYS took them just 25 minutes before. Again, I live just around the corner. I felt bad, but I had to turn the driver back. He offered to have it remade, but I explained the whole story and asked him to just return it and refund my money. He wasvery nice and friendly about it and apologized. I called the store and by chance spoke to a gentleman who claimed to be the owner and that he was "very sorry but that he personally had made his pizza's for years the same way", and didn't fully understand my opinion, was left dumbfounded. He was very friendly, though, understanding and apologetic. I felt bad having to do so, but I was not going to pay a pizzeria price, with delivery, for something of such poor quality and after waiting so much longer than they ever delivered before. Especially since, in my opinion, this wasn't their pizza from what I remembered. Hopefully this isn't a common occurrence, but sadly they have already lost my business. If you haven't had them before and you want to try them out, I suggest going in to the restaurant and either eating inside or have it for takeout, so you can assure you're getting everything right. I've even considered doing so myself, with the suspicion being more on their drivers VS their actual pizza making. In my opinion, something is possibly going on with their drivers pulling an inside scam. It's possible that the owner may not even be aware of this. For what it's worth now, they were an amazing pizzeria just a while ago. I will continue to suspect their drivers over the actual business practices under the...

Actually, so I feel sorry for the next people that walked through those doors. I just want the world to know what these people do to everybody else. God bless because if I could get these people a 0, it would be a 0, be very cautious. What you are to people be...
Read moreIf they put have as much effort into their food as they did decorating this place then it might give gas station pizza a run for its money.
I saw 4 people in the kitchen with 3 of them dragging there feet with no ambition to get a pizza out the door. Kudos to the one guy, shorter, shaved head, who ran around doing every position and with a great attitude, I hope you can teach your coworkers your hardwork. Otherwise ordered my pizza at 6:30 and it said it’d be ready at 7:17 it wasn’t even in the oven when I showed up. They took it outa the oven and I watched it sit on the counter while they removed and cut up 2 more pizzas and a garlic bread for some other order for a person who wasn’t even there. I didn’t get out of there till 7:52. I understand being busy and overwhelmed but it looked like they had only 5 maybe 6 tickets and as i said these people are moving slower then a BMV line on a Saturday morning. As in the food I wouldn’t even be writing this review if it was good. However on top of the poor service the food is just bad. The Alfredo is subtle no real flavor or salt to it. The chicken tenders are average with the sauces they come with being comparable to Walmart great value sauce and well the pizza.. It just doesn’t taste like pizza? It gives a 5th grade home experiment gone wrong vibe. I’m assuming it has to be there sauce cause it almost taste chemically? Spend less time decorating, have a team meeting and get your...
