Edit: My husband and I have returned periodically since I left my original review and we have been pleased with the quality of smoothies and customer service. They must have had a switch up of staff because I haven't seen the two young men working at this location any longer.
Original 1 star review: I had a very interesting experience at this location on a Friday night. I had swung by after work because my husband had had a bad day and wanted a smoothie. There was a sign on the drive through that said it was broken. No biggie, I decided to go inside. I walked in to a nearly empty building, only 2 teenaged boys behind the counter serving a small group of teenaged girls. I was not greeted and stood waiting to order for 5 to 10 minutes.
After finally ordering, I paid and waited on 2 smoothies- one for my husband and one for me. As my smoothies are being made, a couple walk in and are quickly accused of not paying the last time they were in. They, of course, were very upset and there was a scene because the boy behind the counter was refusing service. While this is happening, the other boy behind the counter is remaking my smoothies multiple times because he's going back and forth between my order and the upset couple wanting to see camera or computer proof that they didn't pay last visit.
After 30 minutes, the couple left and the two boys were complaining about to the couple to me. They ended up finishing my order and provided a voucher for a free smoothie after apologizing for the wait.

Read moreVery bad experience. Waited at the pick up window for almost ten minutes as they made the smoothies. Two very young employees walked by a few times and didnt say anything. When i was finally acknowledged a third young employee that made the drinks almost handed me the smoothies assuming i had already paid. I told her i hadnt yet so she had to check me out. I handed her my phone expecting she would scan the coupon code in front of me but she just waltzed off into the store not telling me the register at the window was not operating. I had to get out of my car so i could make sure nothing happened to my phone while out of my hands and out of my sight. Once I paid they gave me my three drinks but they didn’t tell me which was which. Luckily none of my family that got one were allergic to anything in them since they couldn’t tell me which was which. Very disappointed with the service and very uncertain to go back to this one. Also curious if there was anyone over 20 that was running the store then too....
Read moreWe are out of state and excited when we saw a smoothie king near our hotel. Went in to purchase a 2 containers of lean mix...,stood at the counter more than 10minutes waiting to be checked out! There were 2 guys working and it was a little busy but nothing outrageous. We simply wanted to buy our mix and go. They never acknowledged us standing there and one guy even made 2 smoothies and washed dishes in between. Terrible customer services! No excuses. We had 6 people behind us waiting to order by the time we finally walked out. Too bad those employees represented the company so poorly. Def need some further skill building courses! We have friends that moved here so we will def drive out of our way to patron another store for...
