I'll be as brief as I possibly can. I ordered 2 subs and a pretzel on the app. I went to the store to pick up the order and grab the only two bags I saw. My honest mistake, I thought the small bag sitting next to mines was the pretzel bag. Appx a few minutes after leaving store, I immediately recognized my error. I immediately went back to store with both bags in hand, with the intentions of purchasing whomever bag I mistakenly took if they were still in store or have yet to arrive for their error. The cashier proceed to berate me, before forcefully snatching the bag out of my hand. Please keep in mind, I apologize for mistake, offer to take care of the customer and brought both bags with me. Why, would I go through the trouble if I was up to no good or wasn't trying to do right on my end. I could have just went about my evening like nothing happened. The fact the cashier snatched the bag out of my hand, and in front of two customers is mind boggling. No matter what was going through her head, what kind of day she was having or what she thought was going on, she could have and should have shown better professionalism and decorom. It wasn't that serious. Mind you, the trouble I went through to correct my error. Again, I asked why would I have went through the trouble. To the cashier: Be better. Show better restraint. I placed and paid for a pickup order through the app. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff said they “didn’t get it .” I showed them my confirmation number on the app and they told me that it must not have come through and to resubmit the order. I said that I’m not doing that. You need to find the order and make it. The dude then begins digging through the trash to find my online order receipt!! I kid you not! And then he says “found it”. So then they proceed to make the order AFTER they get through the 4 people in line first. Twenty five minutes later, I’m watching these “workers” just take their time and mess up the order all at once. Once I saw that they didn’t even start the personal pizza until after the rest of the order was completed…….I was done. One of the ladies in the line that was having a sandwich made (not one of the original four customers in line to begin with, but a new customer) yelled that there was a fly on her sandwich and had the workers remake it. Either they were all new workers and didn’t know what I’m the world they were doing OR they just didn’t care. (My personal belief is that it was the later). While I was waiting for the order, two of the three workers came around and sat in a booth and started eating and looking at their cell phones. I can’t make this up. Read moreI have never been treated as nasty by a person who deals with the public as I was today I went to this subway on 5.17.22 @ around 4:30pm and attempted to order a 6 inch subway melt deluxe and the woman who prepared my sandwich was the nastiest person I've ever encountered it took all I could not to reach over the glass and slap her. First she acted as though the sandwich I was ordering was something created on Mars I ordered a 6 inch subway melt deluxe she proceeded to pile meat on the bread as if I asked her for a pound of meat to the point where I had to tell her to stop. She was extremely nasty.if she was an employee of mine she would no longer have a job. I will never ever spend my money in this location again I will drive across town first. The owner of this location should get rid of her. I was not rude to this woman at all. I'm appalled that a business days like this has to hire employees like her. I ended up paying for a sandwich with double meat when that's not what I asked for. You need to hire pleasant workers not nasty ones. I don't expect to hear from subway or anyone from this location ut this employee is giving your business a bad name...
