Normally it's a great experience, and even tonight the difference between where we were going to head over to instead, was based on not wanting to go to another spot where the playground was disgusting. However, tonight was very disappointing.
The same young lady that is a manager there in the evenings was trying her best to hold the place together but the restaurant was an absolute mess, leftover drink cups all over the place, open packs of sauces and ketchup on the floors and tables, every table I tried to sit myself and my son at we're just disgusting. The manager there literally had to tell a young lady working there to clean and if she couldn't handle it she'd help her. She wasn't rude, or berating, but it's as if the employee couldn't get the concept of "the place is trashed and it's my job to __"
I ordered my food first beforehand and not to sound entitled, but the expectation at Chick-fil-A is pretty high. And it was like I was in a different world, I always say please and thank you, regardless of where I'm at, but I didn't get it once from the servers there, I waited in a side line even for almost 15 minutes while the same young man and lady talked at the register before the manager who again was running around best she could finally asked if I needed a refill. I'm not going to holler at anyone to come over or stop, I feel like it's not a crazy thing to expect someone who is not doing anything to come over and ask, and that's what's been the case usually here.
Again, I know the place is getting longer in the tooth and the staff younger and younger, but this experience makes me want to drive the other couple miles towards Bradley Park. At the Chick Fil A Restaurant in Midland, Georgia (Owned by Ross Cathy) There are some of the most rudest, loudest, disrespectful employees I have ever came in Contact with. I visit this Chick Fil A more than 10 times a month, and I have had enough. Over the past few visits I have made a list of names of the employees that I have found the rudest and why; Diane: Constantly yelling at employees,using profanity, also making comments of suicide and on more than one occasion has gotten an attitude towards me because I did not say my order clear enough. (Keep in mind I am 67 years old.) Jasmine: Have overheard her making cruel comments about customers when they walk away. Kalisha: Not staying attentive to the customers ordering from her. I apologize that this all seems negative but there is nothing positive from this CFA. I ask that corporate please step in and do something, I do not see Ross Cathy taking any steps in improving his restaurant whenever he is there. Read moreI have been through twice The first time i ordered for my family It was a number one deluxe meal , fries , and a large soup . The soup was a small , the fries were cold and it wasn’t even full fries it was bits from the bottom of the bag as it looked like anyways , and the soup came in a small , and my sandwhich had a HAIR IN IT . I called and they said we will send you a coupon. I was very VERY understanding because mistakes happen. I didn’t even get to eat my meal that night .
Tonight we go through and they leave off a sandwich .
I am very upset about the professionalism and the false lies about sending the coupon to redeem our meal . We are loyal customers here and we eat here once a week .
I am not looking for anything for free but I am very very upset about not even getting what I paid for . BOTH TIMES . Needless to say I will NOT be going back to this establishment.
It’s known for there Christianity and that’s why my family goes there . For them to lie to me about sending us a coupon to get what we never ate and ripping off our money is not ok .
