Terrible service! If I could give -5 stars, I would! Came up here on May 6th and spent almost $50 on food. Had to wait in the drive through at a dead standstill for almost 30 mins with a line that was all the way outside of the parking lot. Got home and realized more than half of our order was wrong and that none of the extra sauces we paid for was given to us. As someone who has worked in food for at least 10 years I find it inexcusable that people have to wait on food for so long considering the lobby here has been closed for over a year due to the pandemic. When we tried to go back up there the next day the line was once again at a standstill and when we decided to go home and call instead the line was busy and stayed on busy for the rest of the night as if one of the employees had left it off the hook intentionally. Last week I ordered carryout and I wrote a bad review because our wings weren't done when I got home. I talked to the manager and she made the suggestion that the sauce be put on the side. Also she would give us a free meal to make up for our dissatisfaction. I wasn't looking for a free meal but ok fine.

I went there tonight to order wings for my wife only. I told the young lady my name and I was told that I had the free meal. I received our food and just like the Manager suggested, the sauce was on the side. Behold! Our wings were done crispy the way we like and we simply added the sauce that came on the side. Really good!

Very simple but effective! I apologized to a couple of the employees for being a little mean the last time I was there.

Zaxby's great 8 boneless wings meal is either great or average. What makes the difference is if they have time to bake on the sauce before they sell the chicken. If they're in a hurry, the chicken might have just come out of the oven and they'll just pour some sauce on it. Yuck. What a waste of money. But for those that they soak the chicken in the sauce and then baked them with the sauce on them, those are amazing.

Update: Google would not let me read the entire reply from the owner, but I did see enough to know that they were asking me to explain why they were great. I think I explained both why they are great sometimes and why they are not great other times. I hope this is sufficient information for the owner to adjust...
