Wendy's — Restaurant in Columbus

On my way install the door, a woman came out complaining about how long it took just to get 2 Frosties. Once at the counter I understood why. The cashier didn't even acknowledge me until the manager directed him to take my order. The same manager was wandering aimlessly behind the counter waiting for things to happen instead of managing and at least 3 employees were leaning on work stations as if they had nothing to do. Another manager asked the cashier to do something and the guy just rolled his eyes and ignored him. The manager acted like he was afraid to do anything about the insubordination.

On to the dining area - Literally nothing is clean in this restaraunt! The floor was greasy, the drink and condiment stations were poorly stocked and obviously hadn't been cleaned in hours. Every table was dirty and the windows were dirty inside and out.

This restaurant represents the worst of Wendy's, the worst of Columbus, IN, or both. I'll leave it to the reader to decide.

Wendy's needs consistency and heart when it comes to employee knowledge and communication when a potential customer ask about what cooking oils is used for allergy awareness. We have had to travel the last two weekends due to a very close family member health and then death, and home going service yesterday. We are headed back to Ga. This is the only location that did not take the time to check the cooking oil box. We used Wendys in Dalton GA last Monday and the service was excellent and again somewhere in Kentucky on the way to Indiana this past Friday. This is not normal for us to need fast food, but we need safe options in a time like this.Even when asked they kept telling us we had to check online. It discouraging, disappointing and the woman was rude. Please remember that you can treat people the way they deserve with kindness and respect and actual customers service. My husband and I could have eaten safely but our son needed a safe option with a business who cares. This was not this location...

Poor service, ordered 5 cheeseburgers, 5 fries and 2 chicken nugget’s, and an oreo brownie frosty. Had a lady working the front who was rude to my mother. She tossed our fries on a tray and ended up dropping one on the floor. Looked like a mess. My mom was trying to figure out which one was our’s because there was a family before us that ordered. As my mom was asking, the lady just told her to take it and go. My mom noticed we were missing chicken nuggets and we had a wrap we didn’t order. She told her that we were missing food and she didn’t think it was our order. She then started to argue with my mom and said it was her order. Then she realized it wasn’t our order and it was the family before us. She then told my mom, that you shouldn’t touch things that aren’t ours, in a rude tone. She was disrespectful and rude. We were actually supposed to have our food to go but for some reason our order got made to eat at the restaurant. worst...
