2 bad experiences in a single day. Experience 1: I stopped in at 7:30 am. There were only 2 people working. Tooka few minutes for anyone to realize I was there. When the person cooking noticed I was there he called it out to the only other person in the place. I think he was a manager. Manager hits me with abrupt directions. You have to order through the Kiosk and pay by credit card. This was odd and new to me and just shrugged it off as them being busy and not wanting to deal with a customer standing at the counter. I tried the first kiosk twice and it was not reading my card and then the second kiosk was the same. I called this out to the 'manager'. He told me to try again but to call him over before I tried my card. Tried again on the second kiosk. Same order. Same card. Same result. Manager has me go through it again only this time using the pay cash option. This sends me to the counter to pay. Paid at the register with the same card that did not work on the kiosks. Finally goes through. Point here is that if they are trying to save time do not try to make me order and pay at kiosks that do not work and if you are so short-handed that you cannot handle anything other than the Drive Thru, do no open your lobby unless maybe you can manage to get a third person in there. The next time I decide to go a mile in my wheelchair for breakfast, it will not be here. Bob Evans right next store would have been a better choice. Experience 2: I chose poorly to give them another chance. Sent my fiance up to get dinner for us and a friend. what a fiasco this was. Somehow my bacon double stack had no bacon at all. Her regular double stack had half the cheese as it normally would, and an order of fries that was clearly ordered as NO SALT had lots of salt. This is not a good thing since there are people who order no salt for...
Read moreIf I could put 0 stars I would. I went to grab something to eat at 910pm on 12/18/23 Order number 3363. I asked for a 6 dollar chicken blt biggie bag, asked for nuggets to be well done and for meal to be a large. I pulled up to pay. Sabrina first words are, "10.11" for the price of my meal. First that caught me off guard is, she didn't say hello at all. Her customer service sucked. All she said was. 10.11. Second, I looked at my receipt wandering why it was 10.11 and I see I was charged for a large chili. So I tell her hey I ordered a large meal and.....then she cut me off saying she cant do anything nor change it. I told her you didn't even let me finish my sentence. I said I ordered a large meal not a large chili with my meal. I asked for the manager. He came to the window with an attitude. On my receipt it says samuel was my host but not sure if that'the mgrs name. But he had an attitude the while time. I told him as well I didn't order a large chili I ordered a large meal. He refunded me the 3.99. And said the amount is refunded back to you. And walked off. so I went to the pick up window. grabbed my bag. he still gave me a jr meal instead of large meal. The fries were cold, my and was literally 10 fries in the box. Sandwich was also cold. The only thing they did right was my nuggets that I asked to be well done. Wendy's why do y'all continue to hire people with no good customer service nor good management? This location use to be good now they act like they don't care. Don't work at a job that involves customer service if you can't get your customer...
Read moreThey took my order in the drive thru.. pulled up.. took my money and gave me change..super nice.. then pulled to the next window to have them give me my frosty and told me to pull up and wait.... for a cheeseburger and fries..basic order no special requests.... so I waited and waited... they took 4 car orders and had us all pull up and wait... then, after a long while, they came out with all 4 car orders... they had us all wait till the last order was filled... and everything in my order was cold... the cheeseburger, the fries... all cold.. just so they did not have to walk out with the orders one at a time? Just waited until all the orders were ready and brought them all out at once?? I could see in my mirror, thru the drive thru glass, they had plenty of workers standing and laughing with the drive thru employee... so I dont think it was a shortage of workers, and I don't think they were waiting for fries to be made.. everything was cold.....Have not been to Wendy's in a while, and after this experience, I doubt I will go back... very disappointing. Come on.. just a cheeseburger, as is no special request and fries.... that should not take...
