I went there earlier today I ordered the #2 baconator meal as shown on the menu but instead they gave me a single patty burger with lettuce, mayo, ketchup with fries, & chicken nuggets, I took the bag back inside to the employee who took my order I said to her this isn't what I ordered her response that's baconator how does this look like baconator to her??? When it wasn't.. I spent $11.65 meal, with sweet tea, & cup of ice for what to receive a complete different food meal that looks like it cost $5.00 yet they didn't even think about re- making my food what they did was slip bacon in the burger wrapped it back up , gave it to me which again I didn't order, with nuggets 🤦 A baconator has a double meat patties not one & definitely does not come with lettuce. I stated to her especially when it's shown on the menu, I was so ready to refund my money so bad & not return over here ever again I swear I'm telling y'all I don't recommend Wendy's on Victory Drive in Columbus GA ever. For the third time they finally fixed my food the way it was supposed to be. When I tell y'all I don't think this business location is going to last that long trust me it won't. Read moreIt's been years since I've visited this location. However, a friend of mine wanted to go there since they live off of Cusseta road. I didn't want anything from this location due to previous experiences with customer service. Anyway, once he ordered his food, I could see the upgrade in the customer service. Needless to say, I had no issues with the experience. The next day, I called my friend to ask him how the food was and he informed me that he found a noodle in his drink. I then researched and found that Wendy's does not currently have any menu items that contain noodles. I then called customer service and informed them of what my friend told me. I quickly received a follow up call from the manager, who was very nice, appologetic and professional, however, he did not do anything to rectify the situation due to me calling on the behalf of my friend. He just fast talked me and quickly got me off of the phone by inviting me back to check out the new management and crew that have taken over. I went through the drive thru this morning. I was given the wrong order. The seasoned potatoes were not well done. As I was checking my bag to be sure everything was there I gave the manager the grape jelly back. She took it from me and literally threw back in bin I assuming, not sure where she threw it to. I don’t believe in wasting food or my money. I ordered a #1. However, I was given a chicken biscuit. I tried calling and the phone doesn’t work.And I hate saying this because I grew up on the south side.
