I RARELY leave reviews but this place made me very upset. This place cannot handle the volume of customers in the evening.. I usually go through the drive thru but there were about 8 cars in line so I decided to go inside. I’m the only one in line and the manager asks me to wait a minute. I said no problem but after 5 minutes of watching the manager and the others only help the drive thru customers, I asked if I could be helped. People were now gathering in line inside. She finally came to help me and I ordered a very simple Biggie Bag order for my kids. I waited inside for over 16 mins before they even looked my way. I watched them clear out over 12 drive thru orders before I got upset and let them know how I felt. And the attitude of the people working the windows, both at the 1st and 2nd, have attitude issues when you expect things to be right. And I don't yell, I don't demand or demean, butbI will stand by my order that I paid for. I've had cashiers keep change assuming I didn't want my five cents, and then slam the change in my hand when I wouldn't pull forward until I got it. The breakfast crew got very salty with me when they litterly got every sandwhich wrong and I had to keep telling them what was expected even though they were holding the dang receipt.
