Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We’ve ordered from this place multiple times and always ordered the same things. My wife called and placed an order for pickup and ordered two Philly subs and few other things. She asked the person who answered the phone if the Philly came with mayo on it just to reassure before continuing with her order the person then replied that the Philly doesn’t come with mayo it only comes with cheese sauce, my wife being the nice person she is refused to argue with her and just said okay. Upon her arriving home I found out that they put cheese on it instead of mayo like the menu says and found out my wife was told that, that’s the way the sub comes. Me knowing this wasn’t correct I called them and asked if there was any way we were able to get the subs replaced or at leasts compensation for the next time we ordered food. The lady who took the order “name unknown” answered I began to explain the situation of what had happened and her first response was I know I put cheese on that I was the one who made it if it was someone else fine but I made it. I told her that that’s not what I’m saying and they’re on your menu it says that it has the option of mayo or Alfredo sauce and there is no option for cheese but you told my wife that it only came with cheese which is not true so you gave her false information she then continue to tell me that she knows that there’s no mayo on it and that she put cheese on it as if she didn’t understand what I was saying or simply didn’t want to admit being in the wrong. I again tried to explain to her that their menu says mayo not cheese and she still didn’t get it and started to raise her voice with me so naturally started to raise mine back and then she said have a good night and hung up on me. Regardless of the situation the customer is always right and I just wanted what was fair being that they told my wife the wrong information, some of you may say that my wife should’ve looked at the menu before ordering on her way but she was driving and we were just getting home from Florida so we were looking for some thing that we know that we’ve ordered before. Whoever this lady was whether she be the manager or the owner that was literally the worst customer experience in the food industry that I’ve ever had I typically don’t write reviews but I highly suggest not eating here if you’re into good service.    Read moreGrowing up in Comstock Frosty boy was always a staple of family dessert I have a ton of fond memories listening to Mr sandman on the jukebox. After nearly a decade traveling I decided to get frosty boy with my mom. My mom ordered a banana split and requested hard vanilla ice cream not soft serve. The banana split came to us in a foam cup like you would expect to get a shake or molt. My mom inquired about that and while the younger female customer service representative was beginning to talk she was interrupted by an older lady who simply and rudely shouted That's how we make them now. Fair enough and we left. All of the toppings were on top of the cup soft serve vanilla ice cream in the middle. No banana whatsoever. Understandably we returned. While my mom was explaining The issue she had which seemed pretty reasonable to me that in a banana split you would want banana let alone the unbalanced ingredients and failure to put the right ice cream in. The younger girls who made it offered a sarcastic apology while exclaiming that she forgot her bad.. . Everybody forgets things and we certainly weren't mad about that It was more the overwhelming attitude and refusal to make it right. The older woman again interrupted asking what we wanted as if we don't have a right to complain when you in no way shape or form make the thing we asked you to make. Saying again that's just how they make them now... Which is fine but you heard the order and rather than say hey I can't do what you asked You said you could then didn't do it.... Baffling customer service I want desperately to support a local business and a staple of my childhood What would zero respect I can't see any reason to return...
   Read moreZERO STARS. Waste of time and money. I bought Bogo subs and loaded fries. When I ordered the fries I asked for no siracha because "I could not handle hot stuff". At no time did the person taking my order mention hot pepper rings or onions. He said 45mins. I waited an hr and called they said sorry they're short staffed it will be right out. I waited another hour called said it should be there soon. Shortly after, my food got here. Subs were loaded with onions chopped up, super juicy hot pepper rings and were soggy and not toasted. I called and talked to a lady who said she couldnt handle this she isn't a manager. She put me on the phone with a woman "manager". She said she would remake the entire order and get it right out to me as soon as the driver gets back. I watied another hour, called talked to the Tim. Told him my situation, he informs me that he has been the only manager since 4pm. I asked who it is i spoke to he said he didnt know. (apparently, workers there will pretend they are a manager and say they will "fix" the issue in order to not deal with the problem). I asked if he was going to send out my order and he said he cant. He has to call his manager (also male) and get back to me. I wait about 30 minutes and call back. He cant get ahold of him. Said there is nothing he could do. I placed my order at 4:33pm it is now 8:42pm. Thats FOUR HOURS they still haven't corrected the problem. This is not the first time I have had similar experiences with this place since they have had new ownership. I DO NOT reccomend going here.
