Ten Ten Buffet Grill & Sushi — Restaurant in Comstock Charter Township

I was extremely famished I hadn’t eaten anything since yesterday which was only a small portion that of a handful and when I excitedly stacked food on two plates as soon as I began eating I noticed how terrible the food was one dish had shells that nearly broke a tooth while having only imitation crab in it others had freezer burnt flavor with the telltale signs of ordered frozen food in mass it was terrible and just plain disgusting and rather depressing nothing was even remotely edible if I wasn’t hungry I would not have even taken a bite the beef and pork tasted of spoiled meats old rotting taste was rubbery in texture and nearly everything I ate I spat back out it wasn’t too expensive and the waiters were friendly but couldn’t be attentive because of the many clueless dinners that keep coming in and leaving only minutes later I hate giving bad reviews but I shave to let my followers and others know before spending money I also always had ailments and issues eating foods even thoughs I liked and my stomach is sour I feel like vomiting and I know I will soon so I wanted to treat myself and my fiance but instead I’m having issues with my stomach badly because of the neglect and ignorance of this place and I mean this in the nicest way possible I write reviews frequently and even hope businesses bring in more customers but you need to change what your doing and use fresher ingredients and stable products and produce if you do this and let me know I’ll reconsider and rewrite this but for now with all due respect I must worn others and encourage you to do better take care be safe I wish for your business to succeed. Just got into a incident with the male manager and the female waitress because I wanted a couple almond cookies to take with since I couldn’t really eat and everything was nasty the told me flat out no and demanded payment for the cookies individually and I couldn’t do that it’s ridiculous so I left almost vomiting and a bit upset because I couldn’t take a few cookies for when I was hungry later they said those are expensive and what was the difference between eating them there or later I wasn’t taking the food itself and he made sure I couldn’t even eat them at the table and took them out of my hand I watched the sushi guy eating entire trays of food but a disabled girl wanted a few cookies because the food was extremely bad and you embarrassed us like we did something wrong then you didn’t tell us at the door before seating the drinks are payed for individually from your order the curtains are stained in numerous colors of food and god knows what else the bathroom had blood on the tampon container just don’t come here ever go to Hunan gardens the one by kunfu tea it’s not a buffet but their wonton soup and pad tai is excellent but stay away from here. Had to try the best voted buffet in West Michigan according to WWMT. This family-owned Chinese buffet is hands-down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Ten Ten's food is excellent!! The staff is fantastic and wants to make sure you're happy with everything from the time you first walk to your table, to the first time you go up to serve yourself with the beginning of your meal!! Their prompt in refilling foods when their running low to answering questions that customers may have about a dish they were looking for!! They attempt to have a wide variety of foods that can satisfy anyone's palate!! I think they have done exactly that!! When I first started going there it was busy but now it's even busier but they have plenty of room and seem to be able to handle the crowds who seem to love the place as much as I do!!
