We go to roll up for special treats/celebrations because our kids love watching the ice cream be made. It’s always been a fun experience! Today we went to celebrate my oldest ending the year with a great report card! We realize the price is more than your average ice cream joint because of the experience and time from staff. Sadly today we left disappointed :( With no one behind us in line, the ice cream was pulled out of the freezer pre rolled. I have two very bummed kiddos. My youngest daughters ice cream was so frozen from sitting in the freezer she couldn’t even get her spoon into it. The rest of us finished and we had to bring hers home. The ice cream was still good but it was upsetting to make a special trip to Roll Up and the entire experience didn’t even happen.
