Culver’s — Restaurant in Comstock Charter Township

Just plain a quality establishment. Super well run, probably because they actually seem to sufficiently staff the place. I live right next to this Culver's and eat here several times a week. I order online, and on average I have to wait maybe 1 to 2 minutes between the time I pull into the parking lot and the time I have my food. Not an exaggeration. The food always tastes fresh. They very rarely mess up my order. Employees are polite and don't seem to hate their lives. This all keeps me coming back, and I'm not alone. This place gets more business than any other restaurant on Gull road it seems. Fast food restaurants everywhere should take notes: sufficiently staff your stores if you want to run a quality establishment.

My one complaint is that sometimes when I order chicken tenders, one or two of them will be super small. I feel like customers should be given additional tenders in cases where some are less than half the size of a regular chicken tender. Pretty...

Best fast food burger you can get in a drive thru. Problem is. They hardly ever get the order right. They will upsell you every time if you let them and the way they do their whole cashier business with no receipt at the window is the reason they get away with it. They will add cheese to my burger every other time even when I specifically say No Cheese Please. I always say please. By the time I sit and wait 8 minutes for my food. I'm over waiting for them to go back in. Let me wait another 8 minutes for a new burger. I just suffer and eat the cheese. I've called quite a few times and gotten free burgers. They had five stars on customer service when we first walked in and were greeted with smiles. Cashier was nice and patient it was my first time in the restaurant. When Someone came over I am assuming the manager came over to answer a question the cashier had on my order, we seen pure attitude and annoyance with the question and heard it as well from her. The food came and we waited an extra 10 minutes and never received the ice creams. It wasn’t until I had realized I had told over 6 people we were not in line and watch them get their orders and leave! That I went to the counter to ask about our order. They handed me milk from our melted shakes. The shakes were made incorrectly and they were annoyed that I even asked them for the rest of the order.
