Staff was only doing drive-thru orders was not doing any orders for people that was in the dining room whether they were mobile orders or they were customers who ordered from the kiosk inside the store waited 45 minutes for the order for a five layer burrito and steak quesadilla and then it was made incorrectly. Manager came from back room I asked him to help his line they were in trouble he said he was too busy doing his paperwork and when he got done with it then he'd help his line. The young lady who worked the drive-thru and the gentleman who was working the front counter where they only people I saw hustling. I even took a picture of the coach for that store so I could contact him that was absolutely ridiculous. Another customer inserted himself into the conversation but I was having with one of the staff at Taco Bell about the order being wrong and it needed to be made correctly I told him to mind his own business and didn't have anything to do with him he said he was a paying customer and I said it and so am I it needs to be made right and it's not your business and I told him to leave me alone or I was going to contact the police he told me to go ahead he was calling to the police, he had plenty of witnesses that I was yelling at the staff person about my order. I had been there 45 minutes waiting on the food and it still was made wrong I think I was justified and telling the person making the items to quit clowning and think it correctly. Leaving a review even though tonight happen to be my worst experience with this location ever. I usually drive past the sprinkle Road store to come to the gall Road one from my house, because that store bath. 100 at messing up my order almost every time, with the exception of the time that I pretty sure I got food poisoning from that store. Tonight I waited in the drive-through for almost 17 minutes, was handed the wrong order, handed it back to the window to request my order. I waited another 3 to 5 minutes for my food. Drove all the way back to my house to find that none of the four tacos I ordered and paid for where accurately made; all missing ingredients and poorly assembled . I was highly frustrated at this point and called to express my disdain. That's when Brandi the manager calmly listened to my quarrel, apologized for the Mia performance of her crew, and immediately offered to remake the order accurately to how I ordered it. That's how you manager. Brandi is the only reason the crew didn't have to clean the highly disastrously serviced inaccurately slowly assembled tacos off the Gull Road facing windows. Read moreFast friendly service inside dining along with fast friendly service drive-thru I don't think there's been one time that I have use the drive-thru and my order got messed up to wear a lot of the other places such as McDonald's mainly sometimes Burger King usually always have the order wrong or leaving something out or not making it as requested. Plus I noticed that when I go to the drive-thru if I order something they will always bring it to my attention that if I want to do this or do something a certain way I'm getting more for the same price meaning they bring it to my attention if there's some sort of deal where I'm saving some money or getting more for my money's worth which I find very helpful very nice because a lot of places won't do this but they take the time out to bring this to your attention which I find very nice and I've always had good experiences friendly people and as I said I can drive away from door knowing that my order is right to where I don't have to drive back through or go back to park and go inside because something...
