Absolute crap customer service. Priscilla needs to GO!
Her employees complain of her behavior and I’ve seen it first hand. Already filed a complaint with corporate and will be speaking to their store director tomorrow. Exhausted and angry just touches on my experience tonight. Curbside orders need to be CUT OFF when you don’t have employees to pick them! Not leaving a message for your customers 40 minutes after the pickup window starts telling them to come get their groceries tomorrow! Like WHAT?! I’m paying MORE for curbside, I’m sitting in the parking lot now an hour beyond when my order was supposed to be ready (my pickup was between 6-7 and it is now 8). Sheila promised me a $25 gift card and hung up on me when I asked her to hold so I could open my window and speak to her minor employees standing in the freezing cold! She sent them out later with two EXPIRED $20 in store credit vouchers—after I told her I would be shopping at Walmart.
Second crap experience out of two—you lost our business! There’s a Walmart across the street. It’s shocking, but their service is far better.
Serenity and the other young woman working with her tonight deserve raises and promotions. The adults inside couldn’t be bothered to come talk to me (I have Covid, that’s WHY I ordered curbside), but they were mature and speedy in their...
Read moreThank you (sarcasm) to this Meijer location for causing me to lose my ID.... are you going to pay to have it replaced?? do you have to go stand in line at Secretary of State??
Your customer service employee didn't know how to do a simple even exchange and had to call for management to help. Then after the transaction she only gave me back my receipt and NOT my driver's license.
When I came back in to ask she acted clueless and was blaming me for losing my ID instead of admitting the mistake
Your "security" guy claimed he watched her give me back my ID on camera but all he saw was her give me the receipt. I think I would know the difference between a 2 inch x 2 inch paper receipt and something hard like my driver's license.
Then your greeter got nervous for some reason and called the security guy back to the front of the store. He then proceeded to watch me like I was going to do something even though I was just looking around to find my ID
I have never been treated so horribly or rudely by a retail store in my life. Meijer employees need to realize that the customer is supposed to come first and be trained better how to do their job. Security personnel need to stop harassing guests for doing nothing and be more...
Read moreNot really impressed. I looked around and found a coffee maker that was 20% off for a condo I rent. Then found two cool summer plastic trash cans that were clearanced. I went to the front to pay. Paid at self serve register along with several others, as it was noon and busy. Scanned all 3 items, paid with credit card, then collected my receipt. As I was leaving an older lady that worked that section of registers stopped me and asked me for my receipt. I put my items down and pulled out my receipt that I took time to fold up in my phone holder. At that point the worker told me that it looked good and I was ok to go. Approached from behind another Meijer worker said many people were just walking out with merchandise yesterday. Trying to be kind I let her know that I understand but they should have been paying attention to their checkout section. If they were, they would have seen me checkout at the self serve register. Lastly I also let both ladies know that the people walking out with items probably were not taking clearance and on sale items. As I walked away both ladies apologized. This slightly embarrassing situation could have been avoided by the two employees paying attention...
