Bojangles — Restaurant in Concord

Drive thru is horrible, got cut off in the middle of my order by being given my total,with an attitude. Got to the window,employee greeted me with his hand out because he was in the middle of an order, then basically slung my card back at me...but at least he apologized for that. The guys making/boxing the food weren't wearing gloves but 1 had finger/glove covers on 3 of his fingers,which from working in food, I know are used to go over bandades/wound/injuries BUT are meant to wear w/gloves over them as added protection to the customer. Always a different employee there but none of them have good customer service. The biscuits are awesome but the chicken tenders & supremes always have at least 1out of 4pc that's hard as a rock,obviously old. Got my order with 1 bag, 1 box, 2 drinks,no straws,no napkins,no sauce in the bag. Never a good experience at...

I was in line 20 mins before they closed with three cars ahead of me. They took so long in between taking orders that by the time I got to the speaker it was after 10p. After sitting at the speaker without being acknowledged, I was told "We're closed". NOT MY PROBLEM (or the four cars behind me) when you intentionally made each car wait over 5 minutes to order. After telling him that I was in line well before they were closed. He responded with, "alright well we only got wings and thighs". I asked, "So, you don't have any Bo Berry biscuits?" He responded with "No". Which was a lie because the lady before me ordered six and was told that it'd be a five minute wait and was pulled to fulfill her order. As a general manager, that's unacceptable, even at close customer service should...

Restaurant used to be great but now seems like everytime I go the person in the drive thru is rude. They act like I'm bothering them. Ordered a 8 piece with 4 biscuits. Typically the chicken is large and cooked perfectly. This time the chicken was horrible. It was way over cooked and the pieces of chicken were super tiny. The thighs were smaller than the biscuits. The legs were super small as well. I read another review that he saw them throw already cooked food back in the fryer for a drive thru order. Maybe that's what happened with us. People just don't care anymore about what they are giving their customer. We won't be back to this restaurant. Bojangles in Harrisburg or the one on 601 is much better. I posted a picture of our chicken so you can see I'm not exaggerating...
