When I returned for my refund the manager TIANNA WHICH TOLD ME HER NAME WAS BRITTANY BY THE WAY! took the food and threw it in the trash so I couldn't take any pictures of it! (Silly on me to have not already done so but I was in pure shock on how pink these burgers were)... she gave a refund for just the burgers 🤔 I don't feel as though the situation was completely justified in a hospitable manner! this is food saftey and absolutely unacceptable I'm glad my kids only had nuggets and fries... Read moreI've been coming here for quite a while and I've never reviewed this place before simply because I have received okay service and then other times mediocre borderlining rude. I've been here and had people just "Hey" or "What you need?" Or the famous ".........." yeah,that's right more than a few times I have received no response when I walk up and say "Hello,how are you tonight?" And literally I get either an "ok" or simply no response.But tonight I came here on a Friday at like 2:45 A.M. I approached the walk up window as I have dozens of times before and as I approached i expected to get my usually greeting of "Hey" or "ok" or nothing.But this time was different I got to the window and usually I have to wait at minimum 2-5 minutes before someone sees me there and comes to the window, but not this time. I was greeted very warmly and kindly by a young lady by the name of Nadia.She welcomed me and said "Hello welcome to Cookout,how may I help you tonight?" I was genuinely but happily taken back by her response nomatter which cookout I've been to I have never been greeted so kindly and throughout the entire experience she was so helpful and personable and it was sincerely one of if not THE BEST greeting/experience I have had at ANY Cookout location.She really does seem as if she could be some type of corporate sales rep or something. Read moreI got a big double burger tray, it's a great deal with lots of food and you guys would have a solid 5 stars but for your errors this time. I asked for just pickles and ketchup on the burger and got lettuce tomato pickles and mayo. Ok I am not knit picky, I take off the unwanted bits and I'll share the pic of the tomato below. I hate tomato's but what's really bothersome is that your served me an uncored top slice of tomato with filth from the field no doubt still attached. This negligence proves a level of food safety inconsideration, no matter the apperantly minute detail. Uncool.
Get it together in the kitchen. This is vegetable prep 101 folks. I've processed bulk veg for catering . I've done it in fast food as well. You have a little core scooper that someone isn't using . What other steps are you skipping ? Gloves? Cross contamination. Listen, the efforts you put into insisting on your customer service people saying my pleasure is ahead of your food prep control.
