Burger King — Restaurant in Concord

I had just finished a really long shift at the hospital and I decided to stop by this BK to get a small meal. My card wasn’t working for some reason (with my luck) and after a bunch of different attempts 👎🏼 nothing. I was prepared to just ask them to forget it. Not a big deal, maybe their machine or my card were acting up. In that moment their cashier, Chase, offered to pay it for me😭 That was by far the sweetest thing I have ever seen an employee too. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! LET HIM BECOME THE CEO! CHASE FOR PRESIDENT! No but in all seriousness if you or any of you three guys who were working are reading this, thank you. I greatly appreciate what you did and I respect that you went above and beyond for great customer service. That really inspired me and made my night. Okay now I’m going to end this review before it gets too long...😁 THANKS...

Bad customer service. Ordered two whoppers 2 different ways both whoppers were exactly the same. Went all the way home to find out the one whopper wasnt edible. Drove all the way back to get it remade. The cook almost remade the burger wrong a second time. I asked for a small drink for my trouble. They said no. I said "OK well let me pay for a drink." She told me the cost I had my money on the counter, she went amd helped two drive through customers instead. I took my money and left. Will never go back to this location. STOP BEING CHEAP Burger King!!! You waste someone time and money by making their order wrong, the least you can do to make it right is a small drink, which what costs you less...

My experiences with this Burger King was good.

The line for the drive thru sometimes gets really long so the wait can be a while, but they have parking spots right in the front so you can always go inside. The interior was nice, not the nicest Burger King I've been to but it wasn't the worst either. The staff was okay, it really depends on who you get because sometimes when I go there they are very friendly but other times you can tell they are tied and just want to go home. They have never been rude though so that is nice.
