Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Concord

Had the best experience with this Round Table ever! (Sorry for long review)

My in-laws always order their pizza for pickup here and never had a problem in the past so we decided to see if we could host our baby’s first birthday here.

Today we held our baby’s first birthday party here at their location and it went beyond perfect. It was our first, first birthday to prepare and host and the management here made it super easy and they were so flexible. They do not have a private room but when we visited in person months ago they showed us the back space and said we could reserve it for our party of approx 15 which was perfect for us. Just gave them our name and number, we followed up with them a couple weeks prior to confirm and everything was still reserved and good to go. They did not need our orders until day of, or if we wanted we could have put it in ahead of time but we decided to put the order in when we arrived for the party.

Today came around, my husband and I come in an hour early to setup everything. When we came in the manager (I think his name is Rugeet, I’m so sorry if this is incorrect or misspelled!) immediately recognized us and nicely signaled for us to go ahead to the reserved area (there was a line of customers ahead of us). He did not mind what decorations we brought, we had called ahead a few weeks ago to make sure and he was fine with balloons etc. (they were so flexible!) we just made sure to not bring anything that required nails etc. It took us a bit to get things set up and during that time the manager asked us a couple times if we needed help! So nice of him, we said no we’re ok but thank you so much (because we didn’t want to take him away from other matters he may have had). It was so nice he had asked regardless.

We put in the food order once decorating was done, they had it out in 20 min or less! We put in an order for 3 large pizzas and 3 12 piece chicken wing appetizers. They were so fast and it was perfect because guests started to show up! So they were served with warm yummy food!

Management and the team did not interfere or anything during this event. They allowed us to enjoy our wonderful afternoon. We were there for about 2 hours in total, once the party ended we cleaned up after ourselves and management said not to worry about the table setup etc afterwards and that they will handle it. They just made this experience the easiest as possible and I am forever thankful!

Let me tell you, this team is so professional, kind and made us feel so welcome there, the food was delicious and went out quick, the party planning was so easy and smooth. We just had an overall great experience here, thank you so much Round Table! We had the best time!

I dropped my son off at this location to celebrate a birthday, giving him money to buy food and drinks for his friends. What should have been a fun, safe experience turned into a nightmare. An older kid came in and attacked my son…on camera. I went in and spoke with staff, expecting them to take it seriously. Not only did they fail to follow up or offer any support, but I’ve since received a video from another child showing staff standing by, doing nothing to stop the attack.

It’s heartbreaking and infuriating that this is where my son wanted to celebrate, believing it was a safe space. The complete lack of action, accountability, or even basic communication from the staff after such a serious incident is unacceptable. Whether they felt it was out of their hands or not, ignoring a parent’s concern and offering no clarity is inexcusable.

People should know what really happens here. This is not a family-friendly place—it’s a location where kids can walk in to fight and no one steps in to stop it. We won’t be back, and I hope other families reconsider before trusting this place with...

So last night I ordered 24 wings and 2 order of garlic bread for the kids at 5:45 PM it was 7:45 when I called in and told me they took down the wrong information of mine after I told and repeated it 3 separate times to the young man then he even said my phone number back to me but Jessica told me they had the wrong phone number for me that's why they didnt call me. So I called and spoke to a store manager and he just passed me off to Jessica which the first thing she did straight attitude not how can I make it better nothing then she came to her sences for 2 mins and tried to give me a 20% discount yeah right for food that's going to be three hours late good luck with that I went to the store asked nicely for the store managers business card Jessica again told me I cant give that information out I said it's a business card nothing more she gave me Heather's name that's it and told me have a nice day with attitude all over again.
