Always did car pickup orders and this time decided to do a home delivery and I ordered a chicken breast ceasar salad and also pick on app my salad dressing an noticed it never got into the delving with pizza and salad no dressing as I call number on the customer recipt and call wasn't answered as rang several times an then hung up the call. I try a second number same situation. I couldn't get this situation resolved I definitely was looking forward to salad with the dressing I had choose for my salad that didn't make it however ranch for pizza got included with the pizza however it wasn't there for the salad I try numerous times to let restaurant know yet nobody available for the phone. This is not acceptable especially when called to let restaurant know yet nobody was available it makes more sense to go to the curb for pick up because you'll only get partial of your order upon delivery the simplest customer service couldn't be done especially when I already pick out everything wanted from the app it had the order list but it wasn't important to read the list of items customer order horrible experience with delivery as couldn't have all items that were picked actually successfully in the order...

We've been ordering from this Dominos store in Concord since 2015. We have enjoyed so many wonderful pizzas and excellent service right up until 2022. But something changed this year. Every order is missing something. And not something immaterial such as a tableware set or dipping sauce. Major things like no sauce on a pizza. No cheese on a pizza. No toppings, etc. Obvious things. Things that make it no longer a pizza. If you call the store to get help, the staff is overly concerned with proving you wrong and getting to their next order. Clearly, neither quality nor loyalty mean anything to this new staff. It is a passing of an era. Oh well, off to find another...

Iv been a manager for places in the food industry and you would have NEVER been on my team. Dominoes you lost a customer for life due to bad choices in management. There are so many other good pizza places that my husbands likes way more. Iv always loves this pizza and now I will go for my husbands choice.
