Dragon Wok — Restaurant in Concord

This is the worst place to order delivery from!!! They served us a catering order of shrimp lo mein that had under 5 shrimps throughout the whole platter. The lo mein was so salty that we were unable to eat it. Mind you that it’s my son’s graduation , so when I called to tell them about the situation they were so rude and inconsiderate. I ordered delivery and they told me the only way to get things situated was to bring the food back myself. When I arrived , there were someone’s kids up front in the lobby running around the whole restaurant , kitchen and all. The lady and gentlemen working in the back were definitely talking about me as I was waiting for my food to be remade. When she brought it to me she process to tell me she needed to take a picture of the remade food “just in case.” Luckily I did take a picture of the lo mein that was DROWNING in soy sauce. My husband and I used to eat here often and usually it was pretty good. The prices where reasonable and the amount of food was generous. Family of 5 could eat for under 50.00

Something terrible has happened since Covid. The cook/sometimes driver- is no longer there. The prices are extreme... costing 50.00 for 3 ppl. If the food was really good and solid I could pay this....but alas tis not. The quality of the rice has tanked. The sauces and flavors have taken a dive and it's clear that they aren't cooking things the same. It's sad, as now even my husband, who's been a staunch supporter of this place since he was a teen says to look elsewhere. They even removed the free crab ragoons for spending over 30. I have been eating at this restaurant for the past 4 years. It has always been a hit or miss. From foul taste and portion of food, to messed up orders. Prices have sky rocketed in the pass year and food hasn’t improved. Well today I went in and threw some trash away in front trash can and seen a bunch of roaches inside trash can. This was first time I ever seen a bugs at this restaurant. I told two workers and they acted in no urgency to resolve problem instead acted like it was normal and said she would clean later. Even after I seen this I still purchased food to support business but all I can think about is the roaches I seen. My food was wasted. After reading the reviews I have experienced similar situations.
