My experience in the actual store was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the Store Manager was very helpful, concerned, professional and still friendly. I would have given five stars if the financing hadn’t of played games saying we were approved but they had some questions. I gave the same answers on the phone as in the store and then they said sorry we can’t approve you. With a few adjustments I still was able to return to the same store and with further assistance from the Store Manager. Thanks to great salesmen ship from the Manager I was able to choose a different selection for the twin XL mattress & adjustable base and keep the same Full mattress as well as an adjustable base. Due to the choice, I decided in addition to get a pillow, 1 cotton sheet set for each bed. As I had originally planned, I also purchased a mattress protector for each bed. My preference wasn’t to make the purchases with my credit cards, however due to the uncooperative finance company that is what I ended up having to do. Praise God for making a way for myself and my mother to get the beds we want and need!!! Prayerfully, when the beds are delivered in about over a month or sooner God willing if they are shipped in earlier we will be able to give an even greater review. I purchase the tulo mattress online which I'm to find out is through mattress firm. I was supposed to have a red carpet delivery. That covers set up and removal of my old mattress and box springs. My mattress arrived 45 minutes ago and my 20 year old son was at home. The delivery driver drop the box inside the door and left they did not take my mattress where my box spring floor set up the bed! I then called the service department at mattress firm and after 35 minutes of waiting on hold I had to leave my phone number for call back! Still have not talked to anyone and I'm thoroughly disappointed and upset with a horrible delivery service that I received. No one should have had to tell their driver what to do the driver should have known what to do put their red carpet delivery service!!!! I was calling to get someone back out there to get my old mattress and box spring but you can't get in touch with anyone. So I will keep talking horribly about them online until someone calls me! I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by an older gentleman who was very polite. He asked what I came in for today and I let him know that I just moved here from Massachusetts and I’d been sleeping on a couch for several months. I let him know that I was looking to take home a mattress tonight. I also told him about my lower back issues and breathing problems. The gentleman knew exactly what I was looking for and walked me right over to the mattress and adjustable frame. As soon as I laid down on the mattress I knew the gentleman had listened to my needs thoroughly. I am overly pleased with the service that was provided to me today and I will definitely recommend friends to come see him. I apologize for not remembering his name but I will forever remember his face. Give this man a raise! lol no seriously thank you...
