Placed an online order, sent son to pick up and 2 of my 4 subs were completely wrong. Attempted to speak with manager & owner regarding this issue. Was asked to bring subs back to be re-made. When I expressed that I could not come back due to the distance and work, I was told to put the subs in the freezer until I could return. When I expressed that I should not have to be inconvenienced due to their employees mistake and that I would gladly give the incorrect subs to them if they remade them and delivered them to me and the owner just laughed. So I expressed that I thought it was ridiculous that he felt it was ok for me to be inconvenienced, but not his staff even though this was 100% a failure on their part. It is no wonder this establishment has a D+ rating with the BBB and the company has had to re-organize with the secretary of state under 2 different legal names (EMG Enterprises L.L.C. and EMG Elite Enterprises L.L.C.). We ordered 2 kids meals. 2 adult sandwiches As I go to put my card in the machine to pay she then tells me I can’t get kids meals it’s “inactive “ I myself am an assistant store manager at a restaurant I was highly disappointed in tonight’s customer service. Needless to say we weren’t spoken to kindly at all! There were 4 people on the grill and only the one lady taking orders.
A few mins after we completed our order we were waiting on it there was a young lady to go order and she was paying cash the rude lady told her “I ain’t got no change for that” treated her rude too.
